Very bad service. I ordered an exhaust part on the 17th and was told it would be delivered in two days. When I contacted them, they claimed that I had cancelled the order—which I didn't. I contacted them again, and it looks like nobody knows anything about my order, and I am getting no answers. Only frustration so far.

Needed to get an exhaust for my Mondeo ST220 urgently Joe and all staff was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable placed an order that day item was delivered 2 days later. Without your company I would have been in pickle. Cant thank you enough especially Joe. Many thanks again Sarah Garwood

The initial contact was good, however I had some follow up questions, actions were promised and not kept, however although a day late, my goods were delivered and my deadline was met. So would I recommend? Yes, with the caveat that you maybe, over promise and under deliver.

Arrived on time and in good condition

I ordered an exhaust for my Peugeot 807. The service was excellent. I spoke to a couple of the staff who called to make sure the part was the right before despatching. The part came quickly was of good quality and an exact fit. I could fit it myself which saved me money. Old school service with the convenience of online ordering. Highly recommended.

Because I have a KW postcode but live on mainland UK they wanted another £20 for delivery in total £45 to deliver a £53 part so cancelled order and 3 wks later still waiting for refund

I would strongly advise caution when ordering from this company.

I ordered a specific part for my vehicle, but a different part was supplied. The company acknowledged in writing that the original part had been changed to another item without my agreement. Unfortunately, the replacement was not suitable.

Customer service has been disappointing, and the returns process has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. As a customer, I expected the company to take responsibility for supplying the wrong item and resolve the matter promptly.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Over two weeks ago I cancelled an order within an hour, before it was sent out and was assured of a refund in 5 working days. Here we are at working day 11 and despite 3 calls with Customer services, no refund has arrived

Buyer beware !!

Order rear disc pads for my car after entering the reg on their site. They even had an AI auto service call me after placing the order to confirm the reg but still sent me the incorrect pads. Had to pay a mobile tech twice to change the pads. 1st visit he pulled the old pads off only to put them back on when he discovered they were wrong, then thankfully he supplied a set a few days later from his parts supplier. Online automotive refusing to pay for the shipping to have the item returned, I paid out of pocket to send it back ..they acknowledge recieving and still haven't refunded me.. Raising a dispute now with my bank

Worse company ever!!! don’t go there. Websites wrong, send you wrong parts then don’t hardly answer you or give you a refund. It’s been back and forth with them asking the same questions and nothing resolved. Very poor!!!!!

I was kept informed of my order and it arrived before the delivery time.

Brought a radiator for my car said next day delivery took 3 days by which time had been and brought another one turns out the same one as they sent me but cheaper ! Sent radiator back been waiting 3 weeks still no money back only an email saying you’ll be notified when we give you your money back !! Stay clear of this company should have read on here first as others have had so much trouble trying to get their money back !

Avoid this company. They send out the wrong part and then try to tell you it fits, even after they have seen a photo showing the blatantly obvious difference in size. Today when I put my reg in it couldn't even find my car, no wonder they can't get orders right. I can see previous names for this company on Company House, never a good sign for customers.
