Order #OPA28057 6 Seater Cloud
Order #OPA28057 We ordered our 6 seater Cloud Sofa in October having tried the sofa in their Chelsea showroom. It arrived a week earlier than was expected which was brilliant. It’s really really comfortable and looks great!I am super happy with it. Customer service is excellent too (thank you Mike and Doyin). Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great company, great product.

It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed visiting our Chelsea showroom and that the comfort and look of the sofa lived up to expectations. A big thank you as well for your kind words about our customer service — Mike and Doyin will be thrilled to hear your feedback.
We truly appreciate your recommendation and support. Enjoy many cosy moments on your Cloud sofa, and thank you again for choosing OPA Living.
I have a small problem with my new sofa..
My husband now thinks it’s his new bed! 😄
The sofa is incredibly comfy and beautifully simplistic in design. It’s also perfect for our small dog who loves cuddling up with us — and thankfully it’s really easy to clean, which is a huge bonus.
A special shout-out to the delivery team: they were outstanding. So friendly, unpacked everything, removed all the packaging, and set the sofa up exactly where I wanted it.
Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Truly hard to beat!

Thank you so much for your lovely review — it really means a lot to us. We’re delighted to hear how much you’re enjoying your sofa (and that it’s been officially claimed as a new bed 😄).
It’s great to know the comfort, design, and easy-to-clean fabric are working perfectly for your home — and your dog too! We’ll also be sure to pass your kind words on to the delivery team; they’ll be thrilled to hear how appreciated they were.

Sofa shopping: Great customer service and shopping experience
After searching for a new sofa online we were anxious about buying a sofa we hadn’t sat on. When we found that OPA had a show room we were keen to see the sofas in person.
The showroom had a range of styles and fabrics. We ended up changing our choice after seeing the sofas in real life. Doyin at the store was super helpful, kind and patient. He was not pushy in any way and made the shopping experience extremely pleasant. He took time and our choice didn’t feel rushed. He helped us rearrange the showroom to demonstrate how our final choice would look.
We had a deadline in mind for delivery, so we placed an order, but took swatches to try the colours at home before confirming our choice by email. My wife is glad we did as we ended up going for a different colour which looked better in the natural light of our home than our colour preference from the showroom.
The quality of the sofa seems good and the price is competitive with other brands. However, the customer service and shopping experience with Doyin was first class and helped us to feel confident in our choice.
Communication was excellent and sofa arrives tomorrow, after just 2 weeks. Great experience all round. Would recommend.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review. We’re really pleased you decided to visit our showroom — we know how important it is to see and feel a sofa in person before committing.
It’s great to hear that exploring the range and fabrics helped you find the right style, and that taking swatches home made a real difference when choosing the final colour in your own light. That’s exactly what we encourage, so we’re glad it worked well for you.
Doyin will be delighted to hear your kind words. Providing a relaxed, unpressured experience and helping customers feel confident in their choice is something we take great pride in.
We’re also pleased to hear communication has been smooth and that your sofa is arriving so quickly. Thank you again for choosing OPA Living — we hope you enjoy your new sofa for many years to come, and we truly appreciate the recommendation.

Love my sofa!
We recently purchased a sofa and initially ended up choosing the wrong one. The company couldn’t have been more helpful, they kindly offered us an exchange for a different sofa at no extra cost. They arranged everything, from the delivery to the collection of the original sofa, and the whole process was absolutely seamless.
We’re thrilled with our new boucle cloud sofa and incredibly impressed by the level of customer service we received.

Honestly the service was excellent from start to finish, we ordered a u shape in boucle. Everyone loved the sofa and it truly is luxury at affordable price. Delivery was 5 to 6 weeks but we got it at 3 weeks which was great as we didn’t expect it and we were in need of sofa desperately due to moving into a new property. The quality of the sofa is great and I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Also want to say a thank you to the gentleman who even helped me on FaceTime to fix the sofa as some confusion we didn’t add the fitting on, but me and my brother did it as they are quite easy to fix.

The coach is beautiful but not comfortable
The coach is beyond beautiful, I love the comforting vibe it brings to my living room. I just wish the back was a little higher, it looked like it was on the pictures. Beautiful but not so comfortable.

Lola 3 seater corner sofa ORDER no #OPA28007

Lola 3 seater corner sofa :)
I was tired of the usual 3- or 4-seater straight couches and happened to stumble upon OpaLiving and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the most beautiful, comfortable sofa, and we literally fell asleep on it the first day it arrived. It took a couple of weeks to be delivered, but that’s completely understandable for a made-to-order piece of this quality. The craftsmanship is stunning, and the customer service was excellent throughout the process. Highly recommend OpaLiving!🥰

Cloud by name, cloud by nature
We adore the sofa! We got a Cloud U-shape with two footstools in Navy Boucle.
The whole family wants to be on it always. It is absolutely huge and so comfortable. It inspires lounging and relaxing. Exactly what we wanted. And it's not so low that you don't feel supported despite being able to snuggle up, have your legs curled up or out on the chaise.
Bulky but light to put together. The clip system makes it really moduler.
And as an added bonus the delivery was way faster than most sofa companies were offering. I think it was with us within two weeks!
My only warning is that I suspect the urgency messages on the product pages are misleading. We'd often see a banner that said "only 10 left" only to come back on the page a minute later and that number to be larger. We don't regret the purchase at all but probably felt a bit too much pressure to buy it on the day. Especially as there is no cancellation or return option once you've "customised" (ie - chosen the fabric)

It’s great to know the comfort, support and modular design are all hitting the mark, and we’re glad your delivery arrived even sooner than expected.
We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the stock urgency messages. These notifications are automated based on overall fabric and component availability across our production schedule, but we understand how it may have felt inconsistent at times. We never want anyone to feel pressured when purchasing, so your comments are genuinely valuable and will be passed to our team to help improve clarity.
Thank you again for choosing OPA Living — we hope your Cloud sofa brings years of comfort, movie nights and family lounging 🤍

Whilst I have not yet received my sofa (I just put my order in), I wanted share how helpful Doyin (at the London showroom) was!
