Beautiful furniture and exceptional servic
Wow! Not just beautiful furniture but great service. I’d be lying if I said everything was seamless, but the OPA team was very accountable and went above and beyond to make things not just right, but even better than expected. Thank you! Their lead times were much faster than other brands, made in the UK and stunning. Would order again and recommend.

Order #OPA25537
Order #OPA25537 - Honestly in love with my new sofa!! After not seeing loads about OPA online, I went to their store in Shipley to see them for myself and try out the sofas, they were all amazing! He explained that they make all their furniture in their warehouse nearby in Shipley, hence the store is located there. I went for the cloud because that’s what I wanted and it is so comfy + delivery took 10 days, I was amazed!!
It looks perfect and delivery guys were great too :)

Delivery was perfect! Incredible service. Thanks!!!
I’m not very satisfied with the sofa, to be honest. The return process isn’t great. Basically, you have to pay for the transport (which I find reasonable), plus a 30% restocking fee — which is a lot.
