My experience with Open Cloud Invest is maintained in contact especially after going through a difficult situation with another investment company that turned out to be fraudulent. During that challenging time, Open Cloud Invest remained online, stayed in contact with me, and continued to offer support. I truly appreciate that they did not disappear and that they kept communicating with me when I needed it most.

In my opinion, communication and consistency matter a lot when dealing with an investment company. I believe every investment carries risks, so it is important to be patient, stay informed, and understand that results may take time.

I am grateful for the support and communication I have received from Open Cloud Invest. My experience has taught me to be more careful with investments, but also to appreciate companies that maintain contact with their clients during difficult times.

I invested in loan notes issued by Yeld Investment through Opencloud Invest, with Konrad assisting me throughout the investment process.

Unfortunately, when the notes reached maturity, Yeld Investment delayed the repayment and was very slow to respond to my inquiries.

However, my experience with Opencloud Invest was very positive. Konrad personally stepped in, took responsibility for resolving the situation, and ultimately paid all outstanding amounts owed to me from his own funds.

I truly appreciate his integrity, professionalism, and commitment to his clients. It is reassuring to know that there are people who genuinely stand behind their clients and take responsibility, even when things don’t go as planned.

I invested in a property bond with a company called Nothumberland Living introduced to me by Opencloud Invest. However as an introducer Opencloud did not do the due diligence like , if security trustee was FCA regulated or there was any value in the 'charge he was supposed to hold' in favour of the investors. I was promised my investment would be returned on maturity not once but multiple times and in this context even took money from me to make legal agreements but again left to suffer.

It’s been more than 2years our investment is not returned and many more investors like me are suffering and the company Northumberland Living is the subject of a police investigation on suspicion of fraud.

I've invested several thousand pounds with OpenCloud Invest since 2022 and during the genesis of The Fountain, with promises of dividends. A certificate was issued, but I later noticed it was for a subsidiary company which he closed shortly after I invested.

By the time I found out, I had also lent its CEO personal funds after he had claimed to have issues doing transfers between his accounts but showed capacity to repay minor sums quickly and with interest. I thought he was a wealthy individual who wanted to motivate me to find new sources of income. Now I realize that is simply what he wanted me to think.

Years have passed. Refund promises were made, but he remains deeply in debt to me. Lately, I was given firm written commitments of full repayment by 31 July 2026. That deadline passed — no money was received. Dozens of promises of partial repayment before that — same.

At least one other investor describes a near‑identical pattern: deposit taken, refund promised, excuses given, no payment. Others have described his behaviour as abusive and highly manipulative, which he has personally boasted about to me in writing on several occasions.

This has been my personal experience for too long now, with no sign of improvement. I strongly advise caution before entering into any financial arrangement with this individual or his companies.

Truly happy to be able to invest in The Fountain Punta Cana project with Open Cloud Invest. This project is like no one I see in the area, where the project concentrates on the wellbeing of those who own and visit the project.
