Good surveys but some seem to freeze as you near the end

I have been a Diamond member of Opinion Outpost for many years.Suddenly, ten days ago, I could not access any surveys and I feared my fun with this hobby would end.I contacted the company and Colleague Amanda assisted me. Aware I am elderly and not very computer literate she sent a long step by step guide without being patronising and I was back on.Her kindness,expertise, sympathy and time were so appreciated.

I completed the survey out of three of the ones I attempted...

I am a diamond member but for some reason about half of the surveys tell me I'm a better fit elsewhere straight after I completed the whole survey. I literally spend 20 minutes completing a whole survey and once I click submit at the end of it it tells me I'm a better fit elsewhere and kicks me out. They need to sort this out. If we weren't a good fit for a particular survey at least kick us out at the beginning or the survey.

The best of all the survey sites out there. Easy withdrawals, great UI, always plenty to do with reasonable rewards for your time. Been using for years.

Opinion Outpost promptly dealt with my query about lost award points, and added the points I was expecting.
They also clearly explained why I might not have received the award points at the end of the survey.

Not used for sometime but found just the same good opportunities to take surveys and soon earnt enough to claim a reward, which went without a hitch.

It feels great to make an opinion on surveys on the Opinion Outpost. They have some interesting topics that make me stop and think and I look forward to completing them.

So quick and easy to redeem rewards, received in seconds unlike some other surveys companies where you wait an eternity! Thank you!

i have sent them screenshots of 2 faults which are not working, so that i am unable to get my rewards, and all they keep doing is asking for the same information so many times, it makes me feel that they don't wish to give me my rewards for the surveys i have done, so i see no point in doing anymore surveys for dynata, since they keep saying everything is working

Best thing ever, struggling with the cost of living crisis at the moment and even though I work full time, a little bit of extra money is always good. Some of the surveys can be quite long but you get rewarded well and I have already withdrawn about £20 in only a few days. There are also fantastic offers for points where you can download games also and get rewarded for playing games.

I like opinion outpost. They always solve my survey issues but sometimes I get you are better fit elsewhere when I completed a survey that took alot of time. Please work on it
