Timely delivery and product was as advertised. The Bonus was a the glasses came in a case.

The product is as advertised.
It was however treated and a added charge as if the product had originated in the USA. My tracking showed it originated in China and was sent to myself in Australia. NEVER having been to the USA. Yet It received tarrif and export charges that doubled the cost of the item.
This was never shown until After I had finalised my order.
Since you do not place your charges openly to be read. Also you only charge in USD thus I had to pay a money exchange fee. I will never purchase from you again. I will use Ebay where all charges are in AUD no hidden charges that cost more than the actual item.
Then onto I was charged for postage and handling almost as dear as the product. Again this charge didn't show up until After I had paid.

T'en qu'aux lunettes il sont bien mais j'aurais préféré avec foyer car ça demande une adaptation avec des lentilles en progressif et t'en qu'au prix, ça vaux pas plus que ça

I have ordered twice through you and both times I had to chase my product to the post office because they never tried to deliver to my home. I am told on the morning that they will deliver until 7 pm and no one tries to deliver to my home.

Livraison un peu longue mais services clients bien

The length of time to arrive was extremely longer than I had hoped. The glasses are beautiful, but only thing the polarizing on the lenses is not as dark as my prescription sunglasses, and my glasses are brown and you can see them through the lenses which looks kinda funky.

Can see far abit only , can’t use for reading look like you put ahead in the plastic bag

Had to order the pump separately, but didn’t have to wait as long for it to arrive as I did for the bags to arrive.

Received glasses and immediately saw the strength was way off. Called service company for a return and refund. Wanted a bunch of photos of shipping label and photos of the glasses. After evaluation the warranty company said no refund. Offered $3.00 settlement for 2 pair of glasses. Read carefully when you order. The suggestion of what to buy is way off if you have had any surgery on your eyes.

It did take a while to arrive, but my sunglasses that fit over my glasses are better quality and looks brilliant ..plus it came with a better case
