I had a good experience working with Optimise. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and everything was handled professionally. They listened to what we needed and gave practical advice rather than overcomplicating things.Happy with the outcome and would consider working with them again.

Our experience with Optimise Media has been disappointing.

The processes are unclear for both advertisers and publishers, which makes it difficult to understand how campaigns, tracking and payments are managed. Payments have not been made on time, which creates uncertainty and undermines trust.

In affiliate partnerships, transparency and reliability are essential. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience, and as a result, we will not be working with Optimise Media for any brands or publishers moving forward.

scam company. Failed to send my £30 voucher and only automated brick wall none existent CS. Can't believe a large bank like Santander would employ such a rogue company

Exact same experience at BTex. Bank switch made with promise of £30 Amazon voucher my 31st May. Contact them after July if not received. I contacted them and got a response confirming that I would receive the voucher, having not received it by mid August I have tried 3 times to contact them using their enquiry form to which they no longer reply. As it is now the 27th September I guess I am not receiving the promised the voucher.

Update 3rd October: I finally received the voucher!

After being promised a £30 gift card, I used their browser page to do a bank switch (they would be making money off of me from my doing this, hence why they are offering a gift card in exchange). Their first email to me then announced I wouldn't be receiving the gift card for 4 months. After 4 months and no gift card, I chased and was told I would get a response within 15 working days. A month later and after receiving no response, I chased again - another month has passed and still no response other than the initial noreply emails palming me off. Avoid!

Very bad experience with optimise media, using my own website as an affiliate, reached my payout, mailed all details to account manager, but no response. Send mails to different persons related to optimise media, but no response.

As an affiliate netowrk: I do not recommend Optimise

and an Offer that I was promoting stopped!!

There are better alternatives than Optimise..

As a customer of a recent bank switch incentive which used this company. It was really smooth, easy to use, I didn't even have to chase. Their emails were well formatted and took you straight to the correct areas.

Rubbish system to get implemented from a programming perspective. Takes ages to make a code that interacts with their API.

Optimise Media were responsible for a Santander Balance Transfer Credit Card offer promising a £40 Amazon voucher after 30 days of a successful application. Well, after 30 days I chased this only to be told my application was not tracked and therefor the voucher will not be provided.

Total con. I know how cashback referrals work and I know I did this correctly through Optimise's sign-up page first.

Avoid... They will promise you offers and not provide!!

Absolutely rubbish company. Request to all, do not work with Optimise. They are big cheat. They do not pay you on time and totally ignore small affiliates as well as medium scale affiliates. Sales validation takes more than 6 months which you can see pending all time. Many affiliate companies like Cuelinks are available who will pay you as small as Rs.500 accumulated commissions. So please don't waste your valuable time with this.

True scammers. They simply do not pay small affiliate like us igurucool.in in spite of giving them tons of sale.
