Getting off hormonal birth control was rough—my jawline broke out for years, and nothing seemed to help. I tried so many skincare products, and everything made my breakouts worse. My naturopath wasn’t super helpful at the time with hormonal imbalances, and then he retired, so I was kind of on my own.

Eventually, I found liver juice + flow balance, and I noticed my breakouts happening way less and really only happened if I ate sugar. I consulted a friend who’s an herbalist about it, and she told me both formulas are basically a kitchen sink of a bunch of herbs—and I should make my own and try them one by one instead because there's probably unnecessary herbs. It would be way more cost effective but I don't have the skillset or time right now. I think eventually seeing an herbalist would be the best route though.

My skin is actually clear now, and liver juice + flow balance was only one piece of the puzzle. This is the routine I follow now:

No sugar
Food before caffeine
Supplements (zinc, vitamin C, and something to lower cortisol)
Liver juice + Flow Balance twice a day
Regular facials to purge my skin** This is what tipped the scales for me

I love all of the holistic health options that Olivia provides! It's been a huge help to my health incorporating some of the tinctures that she provides, and even better learning more through her podcast. The service has been great, with text updates when my subscription is ready to ship out so that I can make any changes. I also love the membership program so that I can earn points and try out even more of her items. Also, the samples have been AMAZING - I was able to try the probiotic before purchasing and I will definitely be purchasing some new items after trying even more.

My cycle has completely gone back to normal, no more spotting in between cycles and symptoms are much more mild!

I live with A-fib and I did some research which indicated that this can stem from a bad gut. So I tried these probiotics on the advice of my daughter and this may seem hard to believe, but A-fib has disappeared!!

I’ve been using organic Olivia for over three years now and I love all of the products I keep adding new ones. The peace juice is amazing, every time I feel a really stressed at work. I use it and have an overwhelming sense of calmness. I’ve used a lot of probiotics over the years and I have to say this probiotic is one of the best. I just started using the tea and have been very happy with them too. I have also had Issues with digestion the digestive juice is amazing even though it taste nasty. It works well.
