Update: We don't know if this review is genuine as Derek did not respond to Trustpilot's request for more info so that we can resolve the reported error.
Hi Derek. Thanks for taking the time to find us on Trustpilot and post your review.
If instead, you'd clicked the website link on that page and sent me an email, I would willingly have put this right!
Please take my word when I tell you that if this situation did occur, it was a genuine mistake which I could have corrected, had you contacted us in a way that gives me your contact details, the product and where you bought it.
I’ve tried to find a related name on our online orders and on our mailing list but couldn’t. So I can only presume you purchased from me at a market or event. I don’t know what the product was or how it could have happened as all our products have a long sell-by and to my knowledge, they’ve sold out well before the date arrives. But if a mistake was made, I apologise.
As a small business, we do everything in our power to make sure that our customers are happy with our products and services. I’m just disappointed that you chose this public route as the most appropriate way to let us know that we’d let you down. I have clicked the link to ask TrustPilot to contact you for more detail.

Great company to purchase from
I’ve ordered from organic scents twice now. I suffer with anxiety and I needed something to help me calm down. I started on the CBD oil and moved on to the CBD jellies. Both worked fine, I just don’t like the oil texture. I’m still taking these and I’ve seen an improvement.
The delivery time is fast!!!
Alls I can say is thank you to this business for investing into something that I’ve finally benefitted from mental health wise.
I can’t wait to visit them when they are back in the Preston area.
PS the brownies are fit
