OriGym Reviews

I wanted to leave a review specifically for one member of staff who made a huge difference to my experience.

Hazel took the time to call me on three separate occasions before both of my practical assessments, answering my questions, reassuring me and helping me feel much more prepared. She was patient, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure I understood what was expected of me.

Her support and encouragement gave me so much more confidence going into my assessments, and I honestly don’t think she realises how much of a positive impact she had.

Thank you for taking the time to go above and beyond. Your kindness and dedication didn’t go unnoticed, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of your support. Hazel is an asset to the OriGym team.

Staff as very helpful and professional * Paul in particular, explained everything very well in detail.

Terrible support from the support team and with payments/ processing. Nobody ever answers the phone or responds to messages. Referred to a debt collector due to ad admin error on a course then threatened with legal action- without any help to resolve a small issue.
In addition also blocked from completing course that was paid for.
Overall, poor experience received .
Would not recommend at all.

The Level 2 Fitness Instructor assessment day was really good. The assessor Paul S was excellent; he was professional, empathetic, and made you feel at ease. Coming into this, I was nervous, but throughout and after the assessment, he gave me the advice to go away with the confidence to pursue my Level 3. Thanks, Paul.

I was struggling with accountability to get the self paced course done, so booked a call with a tutor. After speaking to Rhian C, who was highly professional and shared top tips on getting myself moving and progressing with completing the course. I felt less overwhelmed and have since formed a step by step roadmap to take daily action and have also managed to get my assessment booked in. Thank-you Rhian C & Origym for the support and top tips on moving the needle and progressing with the course. I've gained clarity and would highly recommend Origym to anyone looking to qualify as a PT, that can be scheduled around life which offers flexibility and ongoing support!

Kate was absolutely lovely and so supportive during my first yoga workshop. Everything she taught was clear and coherent, everything was super helpful. She was really patient with everyone during the physical element of the practical and did not expect anyone to get things correct first time - there was no pressure or anxiety at all. Would 100% recommend! Very happy.

Sean was so lovely and helpful with me passing my level 3 today, very grateful

I made the appointment the day before and Rhian called me bang on time and sorted out my issue in en minutes! Excellent service

The Tutor called my promptly and was very friendly and helpful.

Paul was great, I did my Level 3 Personal trainer practical exam and he put all of our nerves at ease. The experience was very relaxed and enjoyable.

Good size area and equipment for doing a personal trainer assessment. Sean was my assessor and made the experience less nerve wracking from the start which massively helped me pass

Rhian dealt with my problem right away and cleared things up for me. She was also very pleasant and made my call easy.

Completing the course online and remote created the need for support from time to time. Being able to book a time slot to speak with a tutor was really helpful, especially with lots of times available. Paul was super responsive, supportive and motivating to talk too. He was prompt to reply to emails too. It gave me the extra push I needed to complete my level 3 personal trainer program card and get it over the line.

I found my online course to be a great fit into my busy routine allowing me to dedicate as much work into the course as I reasonably could, would recommend this course to anyone who is sitting on the fence due to concerns about time commitment.

The staff are incredibly supportive, they really want you to succeed and help guide you to become the best you can be by providing useful feedback, shoutout to Ryan who helped me build my confidence during practical workshop sessions and Paul my assessor who gave me a clear understanding of what my practical assessment would involve and what was expected of me which went a long way to help me pass.

I thoroughly enjoyed Kate's yoga workshop. It was informative, engaging, and incredibly well delivered. Kate is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making even the more complex topics easy to understand.

The workshop was interactive, with a great balance of theory and practical yoga, which kept everyone involved throughout. The time flew by—I wasn't bored for a single moment.

I particularly appreciated the way Kate explained Ujjayi breathing and the bandhas. Her explanations made far more sense to me than the course resources, and I left with a much clearer understanding of these important concepts.

I found the workshop extremely useful and inspiring, and I'm already looking forward to learning from Kate again. Thank you for such a valuable and enjoyable experience!

I had my assessment with Morgan, and the experience was excellent. Morgan was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire assessment. She explained everything clearly, listened carefully, and treated me with respect. I really appreciated her patience and understanding, which helped make the process much less stressful. Morgan is a great assessor, and I would highly recommend her. Thank you for providing such a positive experience!

I had Morgan as my assessor and she was amazing! She made me feel calm and was very friendly and didn’t rush me at all. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her.

Sean was amazing!

Paul is amazing, love the support origym gives to their students. Its lovely to see people who are employed by the company also such a big passion for the industry they work in

Paul was very helpful, i was worried that i had 1000 questions and wouldnt have time to get through what i needed. But he smashed it, found out everything i needed to know and got put right back on track.
