The eye patches did nothing about my dark circles. When I tried to return them within the 60 day “ trial” . They told me that it would cost more in shipping to return it than the cost of the patches so I would get no refund. They offer me a 25% refund. Total scam.
I would give them 0 stars. For weeks I went back and forth with them about receiving under eye patches. They gave tons of excuses, and finally said they had been delivered (their tracking system is abysmal). I have lots of proof it was never delivered (including no activity on my video doorbell) and asking a friend to check. Oros repeatedly said: we’ll refer this to our “logistical department.” Nothing.
It gets worse. American Express keeps supporting Oros saying they have tracking that proves Oros delivered the product. With Oros saying I was unresponsive (American Express has a trail of emails), and that I signed for the package (the QR code they supplied AmEx goes nowhere). So I am now on round 4? with AmEx over a $69.80 charge I never received and Oros is actually lying about my receiving. It is now 3 months later… and I’m still arguing with AmEx.
Do not go anywhere near this company!
They put me on auto subscription and refused to cancel. Watch out for their predatory ways.

Bought item, They never delivered. Buyers beware. They are highly malignant and scammy.
Zero stars is not an option. If it were, that's what I'd rate their service. I can't comment on their gear because it's been 21 days and counting since I ordered. Their website says 5-8 business days.
When I contacted their "service dept" I received a thank you for the contact. Nothing more. You can track the shipment on their site. Thus far I've receive 42 notifications about my delivery. How lovely. I believe it's because Oros uses the US postal service instead of UPS or FedEx, etc. to save money. The customer be damned.
Title: Poor Customer Service – Demanding Payment for Undelivered Product
Due to a health condition, I was unable to pick up my package from post office, and it was automatically returned to the sender. I have tried several times to contact their customer service via email to inform them that the package is on its way back, but I have not received any response.
Despite this, they continue to send me payment demands for a product I never received. I find it very disappointing that there is no acknowledgment of my situation or even a reply to my repeated messages.
I hope Oros takes this seriously and improves their customer service. I should not be held responsible for a product that was returned and never came into my possession.
I placed an order using the try before you buy option. I changed my mind after reading alot of negative reviews of the products not actually being as warm as they claim. When the order arrived I returned it to the sender. They supposedly never received back in the mail. They are wanting to charge me still for an order I don't have. Buyer beware.
No good if you buy internationally they will not change if the item is too big or small even if you offer to pay postage.
I have ordered a jacket, and the website stated it is available. I have received an email with order confirmation. Everything looked alright, but after 30 days the order still hasn't been shipped.
I have contacted support a few times, no replies. Looks like a scam unfortunately.
