Colours advertised on website do not…
Updated to add the content of the email sent by OTB hair, they acknowledge that the site wrongly advertised the incorrect colour of the product but have declined any offer of resolution or refund.
Colours advertised on website do not match the number of product. I bought L’Oréal dia colour 6.45 which was advertised as being “mocha” and picture of colour correlated with the colour mocha. Received the correct number. Items received are always in Spanish. It was only after using the colour I googled the translation of the colour which translated to “dark copper mahogany”. On emailing to advise of this error the company took no accountability for their erroneous advertising and declined to give any offer of resolution or even a refund of the product.
I have escalated this to consumer advise & trading standards. As the ingredients are not even in English and given the allergic reactions that can occur from such chemicals is a safety hazard.
Terrible customer service.
