Otherside are simply ace!
Otherside are just lovely. They are so helpful, both on chat and email. When you talk to them, it's like talking to a friend! They are kind and considerate when sending stuff out, super efficient, but calm and easy going all at the same time. Wonderful humans!

Speedy service and good product
My order came out quickly, the packaging is lovely and discreet. My first order was the pre rolled joints, it took a little time to get into smoking them. However they kind of grows on you, I would have liked a tighter roll at the top of the joint, very floppy. My second purchase was the e-cigarette, love this product can enjoy without the lingering smell. I will definitely order the e-cigarette again.

To start with, what a great website so easy to navigate and choose what you need. Then the postage, fast and very efficient - had a text giving me an hour time slot and it arrived within that hour - perfect. Finally, the products !! Disappointed I had to change my order…
Disappointed I had to change my order the day before delivery after a phone call.
I would suggest updating the website if orders cant be fullfilled due to the lack of stock.
Update. The prerolls I ordered arrived I think there was something wrong with the filters as I tried to take in smoke and nothing was happening ended up putting it in the bin.
