100% authentic products, good way to try new things out or stock up on smaller sizes for travel. My guess is that a lot of the products are overstock from beauty gifts with purchases. Having said that, there are a fair amount of full sized products, high end items available. This is my third time ordering. As always fantastic customer service and speedy delivery. One of my gifts with purchase was out of stock, which was replaced with a better product in my opinion, and a little hand written note apologising for sending a replacement. From experience, other companies would not even bother. Will definitely use again.

I purchased a bottle of Creme de la mer treatment lotion. It is fake. I have been using this product for over fifteen years. I am well acquainted with it. The authentic product has a silky feel. When rubbing it in to the skin, it leaves smooth, velvety feel. However what I have purchased from Our concept beauty, is thin with no hold in the consistency, it runs like water. ALSO, on close inspection the bottle is a counterfeit. There are two faults - 1) The LA MER logo is inconsistent with the authentic products and 2) There is a ridge like line that runs down the middle of the bottle from Our Concept Beauty which LA MER products do not have. I opened this bottle before going on holiday in order to decant it into a smaller bottle. I left a message with Our Concert beauty informing them of this counterfeit bottle. I have been away for two weeks and have had no reply. Extremely disappointing. I will not purchase anything from this company again.

I have checked my junk. I haven’t found the email offering a refund. I sent another email yesterday afternoon, getting in touch as you have suggested on here. I’m yet to receive a reply. Neither is there a reply in my junk. How would you like to proceed?
