Not only do Concept Beauty have fab products at amazing prices but their customer service is brilliant too. Place your order and it generally ships same day! I missed a free gift (yes, you get those too! 😀) from one order. I wrote soon after placing it asking if it could be added, expecting a "sorry but it's too late". I instead got " Of course! We've popped it into your parcel". Honestly so impressed with them!

I made an order on Sunday. I received a message on Monday saying it had been dispatched. When trying to track it, Royal mail says “we are expecting it” since Monday. I reached out to Our Concept Beauty and I am getting no response. I don’t mind if something is delayed, but it doesn’t make sense that Royal Mail sent me a notification and after 6 days they still haven’t even received it. I could understand if I got a response from customer service but I haven’t even had acknowledgment of my query
