Excellent service from Gary, and delivery service to n.ireland

Excellent service, received my order within a few days even with the bank holiday, great communication every step of the way, I will be buying from this company again without question.

Ordered from OutdoorHobbies and was not disappointed. Got a great deal from Gary as well and came with some choice and quality products. I hassled Gary over some questions i had about the product and he remained proffesional and helpful everytime. Would definitely order from them again.

Outdoorhobbies went far and beyond with the online order I gave them. Gary kept in constant contact via email and I finally got my order delivered today. A very professional and company whose staff are polite and prepared to go that extra mile.
I will definitely be doing a lot more business with Outdoor hobbies.
Many thanks Gary.

The advice over the phone from the first call was invaluable, Gary could have taken my money and not cared about afterwards, instead he gave great advice and was really helpful, steering me to a great choice. . Just glad i called Outdoorhobbies first and wasn’t left buying something i’d regret. .

I discover outdoor hobbies by accident after being let down very badly by another company. Gary was just amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this company for their customer service, knowledge and attention to detail. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Super happy with the purchase. Same a lot hassle on both side sell and buy. Very personal and reliable service. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone. Awesome.

Five stars! Couldn’t be any happier with the service provided. Was nice to actually speak to someone with knowledge about what I wanted to know. Recommend to anyone, prices cannot be beaten. Ordered Sunday arrived Tuesday absolutely fantastic service would give ten stars if I could

Spoke to Gary who was very helpful,he gave me great advice and then delivered my order within 24 hrs which was great service I would recommended these guys .

Have been using it to buy a secondhand crossbow, bolts and other accessories. Once the package with bolts arrived damaged and two bolts were missing - looks like bolts gone missing during the delivery process. Garry has sorted out this for me and sent missing two bolts straight away. Great buying experience, great stock and plenty of options to get secondhand crossbows.

Great experience buying and then later selling with these guys A+++

Excellent customer service who answer all queries promptly. If they have it its sent out immediately. Cant recommend them highly enough

Fantastic customer service from outdoorhobbies.co.uk. Great products at competitive prices. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Gary was endlessly patient when I caused a few mix-ups and resolved everything with good humour and timely communication. Excellent.

I would definitely recommend Outdoor Hobbies, after making a rather large purchase I had plenty of communication from Gary and advised on the progress of the order from packing all the way to dispatch! The delivery was so quick and painless and everything arrived in perfect condition and the item is still in use today nearly 2 years after purchase!

Customer service was a breath of fresh air, they went above and beyond in all aspects of my purchase. Swift communication, fast shipping of order.
They are now my go to store.
A special thank you to Gary who dealt with my order
