I want to bring into all of yours knowledge about a incident or a well planned scam or fraud which I have recently faced,
so that you all don't have to bear and experience the same pathetic services and don't feel cheated from this website which claims all original and authentic gears etc dealer website,
but actually it's rotten at the core and cheats on customers money by sending defective broken products like knives and then giving lame excuses and clauses claiming the vendor or supplier is saying that the product is perfect and the broken part is actually the function through which it works ,
whereas any prudent person with basic knowledge can see and tell that it's not a function rather a defective product prima facie but for them they won't accept it and will not want to address the customer concerns or issues at any point after the issue is reported or raised and will literally put female staff with zero knowledge about the product to shout and quarrel with you for convincing and mentally draining you to a point to accept the pathetic service and pay for the defective product.
I pray you all don't fall for this lucrative websites which have horrible terrible disgusting customer experience and they just want loot your money and they claim to be running the company since 15 years.
I don't know whether it's a single experience or many more such customers have been harrassed and burgled from their money from this leaches who call themselves as genuine customer friendly company.
Don't believe on their terms and conditions like if your are not satisfied from the product they will refund your money , because that's not gonna happen ever .
Consider it as gone lost theft stolen .
