I was very happy with my experience but without insurance the gentleman the phone was very patient with me answered every question I asked I made sure I understood everything. Gus was really helpful .

Jack, the person who dealt with me was so helpful and informative. I didn't feel under any pressure to accept the quote. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very efficient and quick and of course I did accept the quote which was a good bit cheaper than my previous Insurer.
My only criticism is that I spent time filling out the form for a quote online and still had to ring the Company to get the quote - what a waste of time.

value , clear communication

I was midway through a job that could not stop. But I answered the phone from Cian in outsurance. He went over my online questions to confirm that they were correct. He then gave me a quote that was 200 euros less than my renewal. Also he offered me some additional benefits that I took out as well for a little extra money. He had it all sorted for me before I got my job fixed. It was as simple and easy to get the insurance set up and paid for. Please give Cian some recognition for his job well done.

Yes it was a fairly good experience for me to discuss the process of getting insurance cover on my car with your phone call agent who was very helpful in every way.

Staff member was very pleasant and did not push your product on me. A very good phone manner and a people person. Price was far better than my current insurer
