The onboarding with Chantelle was Superb! although I would like a little more interaction between the Recruitment & Onboarding officers and the New Freelancers. Because there has to be a way to make it more of a seamless integration and transition that way both the agents and clients synchronize more efficiently.

My experience was great, thanks to the amazing recruiter who I did interview with. Her name is Chantelle. She has a great smile and she made the interview so smooth and easy going. Where ever you are Chantelle, keep doing a great job.

The interview process and training were very easy and the trainer and interviewer made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The website is easy to use. Even though I haven't officially started working as yet, so far i love it.

So far I am yet to hear back from any of the jobs I applied for. I am however grateful for the opportunity to get acces to the platform. Hoping to find something soon.

I am truly impressed with this platform. The interviewer was pleasant and made me feel at ease throughout the entire interview. I also appreciated the fact that they did an on boarding session, which helped to better understand how the platform works. What to do, where to go or what to expect.

Overpass is very hands-on, from the moment we create our profile to refining the details we include and learning how to best utilize the platform. They explained clearly how the platform works in helping each candidate get hired.
