Amazing Owen Drew Products
Love the products that Owen Drew offer. I have ordered a couple of candles, a room spray and melts. They all smell amazing, the fragrance really lasts a while, making your rooms smell wonderful. I have recently tried the room spray (Joy) it has a gorgeous smell, not too overpowering and great for this time of year.

Poor service
Ordered wax melts and paid £5.99 postage (shocking as the item is only small) and despite paying a hefty postage fee the item has still not arrived a week later. Poor service.

Antwoord van Owen Drew England
Hi Angela,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I am sorry to hear that the service has not been what you expected, this is certainly not how our service normally is.
Our postage is based on size and weight and sadly the melts are too wide to be classed as anything less than a small parcel, which we agree is frustrating. Please may I ask that you email info@owendrewcandles.com and a member of our team will help locate your missing parcel and help fix this poor service.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Kind regards,
Mike
