I've been shopping with Ownaj for quite a while now, mostly to support one of my favorite creators, FlorkofCows. I've bought figures, shirts, plushies, and somehow, even a beer stein of all things! However, several months ago, usps strangely sent my package back to Ownaj, despite it apparently having been out for delivery. After months of wondering when the items would come, thinking maybe they would show up with another order, I finally checked and realized the usps did this, and contacted Ownaj support. Thankfully, their first response was that the items I had purchased would be shipped out ASAP! I know they're a small company working with creators to produce quality fan goods, so I felt glad to know I didn't have to fight to fix the issue.

As to the quality of the products they sell, they've all been high quality, and they've all been packaged well enough to handle the inner bellies of shipping companies, including said beerstein. And in an awesome twist, generally if I buy items along with a pre-order item, any in-stock items will be shipped immediately, rather than waiting for the pre-ordered item.

Jake reached out to me directly after I sent Ownaj support, over the course of 5 minutes, two emails about an order: one requesting some tracking and another to essentially ‘rescind’ the previous email, as I had overlooked that I received my Florkofcows sticker TODAY. 100% user error. And btw, the sticker is freaking awesome.

Jake was clearly thrilled that I had received the product and, knowing that he reached out to me, even when he didn’t have to, says a lot about how he and the company care about their customers.

Very helpful with my order and very friendly customer service. I needed a refund and it was processed stress free. Much love to the company i hope others don't need a refund for financial reasons so they can enjoy the merch.

Moved back to our home after over a year and was worried that the plushy will never get on time at the house we are renting, so we wrote to customer service if it can be rerouted to our home and sure enough the sock plush arrived at our house a week after we moved back. My daughter was sooo happy and the plushy is very cute 😍. Thank you so much!

I had a problem with never receiving my package at first. The owner was very understanding of the situation and sent me a replacement that I finally ended up receiving.

Have been purchasing Ownaj products for a few years now. The products are of the highest quality and the partners are some of the best creators on the internet. If there is any question about an order, they are quick to respond and look into it. The shipping and order status is easy to track and you have the history of the process the whole time. Definitely buying more and grabbing limited merch as it becomes available in the future!

Always reliable, products are high quality and nice. Understanding as well in a recent instance - recently a mug I ordered had a cap that was damaged (in several pieces).
Email support was quick and super understanding and sympathetic. I am a bit of an anxious person, and I did not wish to seem unduly needy/upset/mooching in any way, so my mind was put at ease.
A replacement piece was sent out the next day. Super easy and friendly, and it reminds me what I've figured for a while - there's great quality service and conduct behind the great products as well!

My son found Ownaj on net and we immediately ordered it. Though, it took some time to reach Pakistan but was in perfect condition. I understand that COVID-19 and international cargo transportation has hampered the services but appreciate the Owner prompt response all the time. My son loved it!!

It took a while to receive the plushie, mostly because it was delivered from the US to Europe, also in the COVID-19 context. But once it arrived, I was so impressed by the quality and what a good product we received, not to mention that it's also a limited edition of 200 plushies :). Also very good customer service :).

I recieved a damaged (ripped plush) and contacted the company. They were quick to respond and sent me a replacement! The plush is good quality and overall I'm very happy with it :)

The owner contacted me about an inquiry I made about their Skip and Pump plushes and went above and beyond finding me a set either though they no longer made them. My daughter recently discovered the characters recently and was thrilled to get them!! Best customer service ever!

I ordered a Vinesauce mug that arrived broken. They were easy to work with in the situation. They got back to me in a timely matter and sent a Replacement in record time. The replacement arrived in perfect condition. I love the vinesauce products on there storefront and will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future.

A couple of items from my order where mistakenly not shipped. After I contacted Ownaj they rectified this immediately and shipped the remaining items. Very fast en friendly customer service!

We ordered Christmas gifts for our son which we were hoping would arrive in time for Christmas. With major shipping delays and the items being shipped internationally to Canada, we had to contact Ownaj several times. The Owner, Jake, was awesome and went out of his way to expedite items. When one of the items (a ceramic mug) arrived broken, he immediately shipped another. My son was very happy with his merch and we were very happy with the service!

The quality of the shirts is good but the prints are terrible. The paint is uneven and sometimes even chonky. Some shirts that I ordered were fine, others were terrible and lost paint on the first wash. One shirt I ordered came in the wrong colour. The owner answered within a timely manner and offered me a 10$ discount or an new shirt but I was honestly not satisfied with the shirts quality at all so that wasn't really a good option for me. They tried tho. The listings are partially outdated and include extras/previews of things that are not offered anymore which is a bit misleading. The designs they offer are really good, I just wish they had a better print quality.

My son had his heart set on a plush that was sold out and the owner went out of his way to make it happen for my son great company with ethics.
