I buy Oxford Diecast on a regular basis ... have found the product to be spot on. Very well packaged and being in clear plastic cases means I can display them well.
Never had any problems with the models. I have bought direct from them as well as from model shops.
Always kept well informed about future products.

Firstly a model railway fan with my own layout. A railway layout needs vehicles to bring it to life. The range of eras from Oxford will benefit any layout including mine as the level of detail is superb. Costs have increased over past few years but still great value for money. I buy from retail outlets to give them the business.

I have purchased hundreds of models from Oxford Diecast online and at shows and I have always been very happy with the quality of the models, value for money, packaging and speed of dispatch. I am made to feel important as a customer and any minor issues are dealt with professionally and quickly.

Quite frankly I can't understand the one star ratings. Which are mostly down to courier failures NOT Oxford Diecast!

I'm a collector of 1:76 (OO gauge) cars, lorries & buses of a specific era. And Oxford Diecast are world leaders in this field. 9.9/10 the models are absolutely amazingly detailed for such a small scale. A massive improvement of model railway vehicle accessories of the 50-80's.

I've always had exemplary service from Oxford Diecast. They're a small company who punch way over their weight.

These models are pure nostalgia if not a little over priced given their size. The range seems to be growing with no end in sight and caters for a market which is almost certainly older as we remember the vehicles of those days gone with fondness. Most of the models are extremely authentic - some aren't for some reason but by and large the models themselves are of very good quality.

Depending on whether there's a promotion on or not delivery can be free but is mostly paid after £60 which is fair enough. Lots of the 1:76 models have been out of stock for some period and some have never been replenished which is a shame. As far as I know Oxford are now aware that there's a queue of people waiting to buy older items so many have come back into stock again.

I will give Oxford a good press as I've never really had cause for complaint - I think one box was badly packed once but that was a long time ago and the stuff they're sending now is very well packed.

I've seen some bad reviews concerning the mystery bundles - I wouldn't personally buy these for the pure reason that you may end up with unwanted items but we are all different.

Keep up the good work Oxford - carry on doing what you're doing and we will continue to buy - cheaper prices and promotions are the way to go because we are all tightening our belts these days!

Item never arrived Royal mail shows it was returned Oxford Diecast say they don't have it but have made no effort to contact Royal mail or refund my order "scamdalous" never again. Order #OD105725

Really poor experience with this company. Ordered a set of vehicles for my dad's birthday and the website said same or next day dispatch on all orders. After 5 days I chased my order as no communication and suddenly got a dispatch email.
Was advised they were 'busy' however no communication and didn't match what they stated on the website either. Tried to pass it off as 'packing time' but when you state a dispatch time then stick to it!

My wife ordered 2x bundle boxes, stated on their website to have a minimum order value of £100+
One bundle barely managed that, the other felt far short!
Having seen other reviews etc I was hopeful, but only receiving 13x vehicles for £100, and with them nearly all being obscure 'old' vehicles (namely tan military ambulances and very old fire engines) this was not a very varied set for a "collector"

Substandard quality, not like they used to be. Ordered a truck and was delivered quickly, however, the truck had significant issues with the print on the truck. We had gifted it to a family member and they pointed the issue out.

Customer care kindly offered exchange if we return it, however, item already gifted and family member didn’t want the fuss to return item. Left us embarrassed gifting a faulty item and they too didn’t want us to have to sort it out as they felt guilty in having to spend time to resolve the matter.

Shame the truck was allowed to be left in a poor state, so won’t be buying again due to lack of quality control and will seek to buy items from other known makers (or buy from used sites).

This company is an absolute delight to deal with, with a personal touch that I find amazing in this day and age. Bought a ‘bundle’/mystery box last Christmas, and have just ordered another one. If the quality and value for money are as good as last time, a certain birthday boy will be over the moon!

I have a number of Oxford Diecast models in my collection and I also use the models in diorama's that I build. The standard of each model is amazing and they really are just miniatures of the real thing. This week I received a Mark II transit and the Bug both amazing in detail and capture the image perfectly. The MK II transit is sat next to the Mark 1. I also received the F88 Volvo Bulk Tipper Russell of Bathgate. This model in my eyes is perfection with an amazing paint Job..Affordable models at an affordable price - also watch out for the bundle boxes they offer as these are amazing value for money...
