I’ve been using Oxwash for a while now and wanted to share what a great service I have always experienced. Very polite guy on a bike collects and drops off - always perfectly washed and folded. Great and fast service.

My £895 Burberry coat was damaged by Oxwash.
It was brand new when I sent to them for dry cleaning. However, after the coat has been delivered back to me, I found pilling on the left shoulder of my coat. Oxwash provided me the solution of re-processing and repair of the coat, so I sent the coat back to them 2 days ago. However, when I got back my coat today, the pilling on left shoulder was still there.

I haven't wore this coat for many times, and it is extremely disappointing to see my coat being damaged by the dry cleaner. I hope Oxwash could resolve this issue properly.

The customer service is so frustrating. If there is a problem then you have to interact with a completely useless automated robot. My item was "delivered" and I wasted 40 minutes trying to track it down. A lot of time could have been saved if the customer service feature was responsive and helpful, but it is far from it. I won't use the service again. I've used it twice and collection has been fine both times but drop off has been extremely frustrating both times, and the customer service is dreadful.

Really disappointed with recent service. In the last few washes Oxwash have lost several pillowcases and a duvet cover. I used to rely on the service but I can’t trust them to return what I send in. I used the service as it was so convenient but now I have the huge hassle of chasing up missing items and finding an alternative provider. Such a shame as the plunge is service is pretty recent.

The drivers from Oxwash are always very friendly. They always deliver my clothes back on time, except for one occasion when the laundry did not get back to me on time and no prior notice was given. Nonetheless, the overall experience was satisfactory.

The clothes always come back nice and clean. The bath mats I sent them last time came back clean and fluffy. Therefore, I always send my bath mats to them to wash. I have sent my jackets and coats to them before and they also came back clean and tidy. However, I recommend not to send delicate hats cause there was a time when I sent them my beret hat and it shrunk so much that I had to throw it away... Therefore, I recommend their laundry service for bath mat and coats.

Brilliant company and great ethos.
Laundry is delivered by bike or electric vehicle and you get text updates to say that your delivery/collection driver is on the way and they are on time, friendly, professional and polite. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be!

The Oxwash website is so easy to navigate. Pick up and delivery is incredibly prompt and the service/cleaning/ironing provided is perfect!

I am a single man who lives alone, and I am slightly disabled, and I do not have the energy to be able to go to the laundrette to do my laundry, so when I discovered Oxwash, it was a real blessing, Its good value and the come and collect the washing and it's all washed within 48 hours and delivered back, and the staff are so lovely and polite, Thankyou Oxwash

Punctual collections and deliveries with text updates and friendly delivery personnel on green bicycles so you know you're doing your bit for the planet too. The laundry comes neatly folded ready to go. Thank you Oxwash!

On time collection and delivery, good communication and great efficiency

Oxwash is brilliant! It’s so much more than a laundry service - it’s an ecological laundry service and conveyed with a smile. If only Oxwash did plumbing and electrics
and other household services too!!!

We just returned to Cambridge from a major city in the US where dry cleaners are everywhere. Why are they so hard to find in the UK? But Oxwash is much better than a dry cleaners because they’re environmentally responsible and avoid toxins and plastic. It’s incredibly convenient to get the laundry picked up and delivered by friendly riders on emission-free bicycles. And the laundry is beautifully cleaned and folded; Oxwash has managed to get rid of some very old stubborn stains on our bedding and when they can’t remove them they let you know. The customer service is excellent. My only suggestion is that they employ someone to do minor repairs - e.g. hems and buttons. Oxwash has dramatically improved our lives - long may they thrive!
