The app is glitchy. I tried paying the auto pay a few times with the error of too many cards linked to account (there was 1) i used the very same card that was linked and entered it manually and it worked. The next day the auto play decided to work doubling up on a week worth of tickets at $130. I reached out to customer support to say cancel the duplicate tickets before the draws in which they didnt bother getting back to me for over a week. Then offered me $47 (to which I have no idea what that amount equates to and I dont believe they do either) its been well over a month now and no refund or explanation. Bad customer service and a con job app.

I've been playing this since 2012 up to this year, the biggest prize I won is $195.00 way back March 14 Thursday 2024 and the lowest is $8.10.00. every week I lost, mostly I lost whatever you do, you select your own number, automatic number, this oz lotteries is designed to make you poor. A selfish company, they just want to suck your money for their own benefits it's like you putting your money in a whole that never ever ending.

I've been buying lotto tickets through the Oz lotteries website for some years from Papua New Guinea now and find it's service convenient and pleasant. Small wins but hope I'll win big one day.

They automatically closed my account because I hadn't made a transaction for a while. Then they drained my account of my winnings using a 'not active' account fee that was hidden in their T&C's. They are crooks... don't use this website. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Looks pretty dodgy to me.
Why not just use the official NSW Lotteries site?

Lived in the CBDs of thirty-minute cities for decades, it's a long time since I've needed a car, and one-by-one my licenses and tix have slipped out of date. Which was all good and fine by me, until the day came when the beard was apparently no longer proof of age. The delivery guy point-blank refused to drop off a bottle of honey whiskey unless I had current ID.

A stagehand would know how I cursed that guy while I went through the whole thing of paying for a birth certificate and picking it up a week later and then got a free Photo ID card. OK, if I wasn't sick and sore it would actually have been pretty easy. I haven't needed ID in forever. There's a stirring of undercover hippy unease from a half-century ago, but here I was, a card carrying citizen.

It turns out, I got that card in the nick of time. A week later, had to book accommodation to see a concert. They want Photo ID. Aha! No problem! Then the concert says, "If your electronic tix don't work at the door, bring Photo ID." Phew! Drink? Got ID? Couple of days later, the chemist says they need ID now for my annual hayfever meds. How lucky am I? My magic new card is opening doors everywhere!

Here's the clincher. Last night, I buy my usual eight-dollar lotto ticket. For no good reason at all, instead of ticking my mathematically pointless same numbers every week box, I let them auto pick. Life is strange. This morning, they tell me I got two div 3's and five div 4's, near a coupla grand. It's roughly what I've spent on lotto over the years gone by, but still enough to make a difference.

Yep, I kid you not. I need Photo ID to collect. I should order a bottle of whiskey so I can thank that delivery guy.

P.S. An hour later, paid!

Have been doing this for years and was not very hopeful about winning anything major so was pleasantly surprised when I won $1000 for the first time

My account has been locked because I accidentally put the wrong code in 2FA many times., Email them for help. But I have to call them to unlock but the problem is solved easily. Customer service is brilliant.
Withdrawal has never happened yet, no win this time, hopefully withdrawal will be experienced next time!
