Do not trust this company. They sent me the wrong item, and the quality was extremely cheap. When I returned it, I had to pay the postage out of my own pocket, and despite following up multiple times over more than a month, they still haven’t refunded me. I keep receiving the same generic responses and getting the complete runaround. This company is not reliable. Avoid purchasing from them.

I ordered a dress that came nothing like the image shown on the website. I received the dress in the wrong Colour and Size. I asked for a refund and they continued to keep repeating themselves with saying we will tell the warehouse to handle it. It’s been maybe two three weeks and now they decided not to reply back anymore and never received my refund. So disappointed.

Delivery took ages and quality of dress was shit

This company lacks integrity. The advertised dress on snap chat is different from what I received. I requested for cancellation of my order before this item was shipped because there was delay in shipping and my event was near. The customer service person promised to send a return ;label after I receive the item so I can send back. Item is received and the company has stopped responding to my email. The worse part, the dress is of very low quality and completely different from advertised

SO DISAPPOINTED. I ordered a beautiful white dress with a floral print to wear for my wedding. The dress took over two weeks before it even shipped and this was after I contacted their "customer service" twice regarding this. What arrived was NOT at ALL what I ordered. A cheap, plain cream dress, not even the same shape as the one I ordered arrived. WITH A STAIN. I have been trying to contact "customer service" thinking this was a mix up and their response was that they will contact the warehouse. I have not heard a peep in over a week now and I will be asking for a refund and I fear I will never see my money again :(

I ordered two dresses. When I received them, one was not nearly the quality of the dress portrayed on their website and the other wasn’t even the item I ordered. I corresponded over two weeks and was finally told I would get a refund for the dress I was returning and they would ship me the other dress (the correct one). The tracking number they gave me for the new shipment showed a delivery address in a totally different state! AND I never got my refund. I emailed customer service again and they didn’t responds. I’ve followed up several times and gotten no response.

Do not buy from them! The items are cheap, damaged, and overall just garbage. Their customer service is not existent, so good luck getting a refund.

Da den endelig kom hjem, var den ikke i nærheden af at se ud af den kjole på billedet, kvaliteten var dårlig, og mærkerne var klippet ud, hvilket betyder de ikke vil lade mig sende den retur, selvom mærkerne allerede var klippet ud.

Worst company. Clothes took a very long time to arrive. They all fit very strangely and are the cheapest-looking clothes I have ever seen. Material is not stretchy on any of them. The company is also being very difficult to returns. Spend your money elsewhere

I’ve bought a dress, which looked very cute in pictures on the 3/6 and it arrived 15 days after. I wasn’t bothered by the lead time, but by the fact that the dress sequins were detached from the dress as soon as pulled out from the bag. I didn’t even try it as the quality was so poor I wouldn’t have liked to wear it ever. I then reached out the customer support, as the website mentions that:

“We are responsible for the following: marks, broken zipper, rips or tears, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. Please be assured that we will accept full responsibility for any errors or issues that are our fault.”

It’s been 10 days since I raised the issue, and kept on being ghosted. I really hope the customer service replies to any of my emails and provides the refund as promised in the company policy, otherwise this is a very big legal problem for them.

I’d strongly recommend not to buy anything from this website, until they solve these company inefficiencies.

Quality is very poor and the customer service is horrible. They stopped answering me and would not provide a return address when asked (this is the protocol per their website). I finally called my credit card company to report the fee. That seemed to be the only thing that got their attention and the company threatened me in return with this email.

“Dear customer
We received a credit card chargeback notification initiated by you today
We're sorry that the product failed to meet your needs. We are willing to solve the problem in a more peaceful way.
If you have not responded, we will try to report this issue to the credit card company. This incident may have a serious impact on your credit. We hope you can contact us as soon as possible after receiving the email.

If you are looking for a cute summer dress, this is it. Colors are gorgeous and very affordable. Ordered dresses for myself and my daughter. Would definitely order them again.

I purchased a shirt on this website and I received it very quickly, it was amazing! I was very impressed! Very comfortable and cute! A germent that can be put on quickly and easily, and it still looks and fits well!

It took about 3 weeks for my items to arrive and when they did I was missing 1 item. I still haven’t gotten it or reimbursed.

DO NOT ORDER. You can’t return this see through crap. I loved what I saw on the website and I spent $190 for see through wayyyy to small dressed. So many regrets.

Their-lightning-fast shipment, excellent customer service, and incredibly precise sizing advice allayed my concerns. I wholeheartedly agree with these. There were so many praises I got when I wore this dress. I firmly support the two of you.

No response to emails when I was requesting a return due to the sizing not being accurate and I was within my 30 days making returns not possible.

They responded to my message quickly. I received the order notification right after I placed the order. I didn't expect it to be delivered to me very quickly. I bought a dress. It is made of good material. Didn't see through. Very flattering. I'm 5'2", 180 lbs and wear a size L.

They claim to allow for returns on their website, but in reality they simply stop emailing back when you request a return (even if within the time frame requested). So returns are not possible with this retailer (despite what they say).

Very poor customer service. When I asked to return the item they were not polite and told me I had to pay $20 to return the item. I never returned it because I was afraid I wouldn’t get a refund and would be losing more money. The fit was not good and I will not wear the item.
