Gerlynn was my Support Service person and was very helpful. Guided me through each step patiently. I never felt rushed. Got the result I was after. Really great service, but that's no surprise. I was recommended to Panthur years ago. I too now recommend them to people. I've never had any issue with their service. I stay on mostly because of their Support team. I've been with Panthur since 2012 and they were absolutely fantastic.
Alas after being sold they have not just gone down hill, they've gone over the cliff.
The tech support were local techs not call center guys who barely speak english, the speeds are ridiculously slow.

I had to transfer my “Zimbra” hosted emails from Westnet who no longer offered hosting. It was a complicated and messy process, particularly as Panthur did not offer hosing of .id.au domains. So our domain remains with Westnet and our emails with Panthur. We had issues getting the right information from Westnet, then a number of conflicts between Westnet and Panthur that had to be resolved.

No problems relocating my websites to Panthur. FTP is very fast, and server response times good. No problems at all, and the few times I contacted support issues resolved quickly. Great service so far, thank you.

We have used Panthur for reseller web hosting for our clients for years. Service and speed was fantastic at first. When the sale went through a few years ago the service dipped but came back - however, sadly, all our client's websites have been continually reported as slow lately and Panthur refuse to take any responsibility, to the point we are going to need to migrate the whole lot. Shame.

Building a site from start and establishing it with Panthur was a very smooth experience. I consider Panthur to be a highly professional host and thoroughly recommend their service.
