Do not use this company. I have been using this company to host my website hawkeslawyers.com.au and always have trouble. As with this weekend my website was down. I called their support/tech line and waited on the phone for over 30 minutes with no response. I called other numbers....again no response. I have also had a lot of trouble with my emails being blocked. I am relocating my website urgently and will never come back. Adrian Hawkes

Easy to use and navigate. Very happy with response to queries. When I'm ready, I'll be hooking up with Panthur again.

I love these guys!! They have gotten me out of trouble on numerous occasions with my websites, all due to weird issues which I had no idea how to fix. The advice and technical assistance are always spot-on, my website loads fast - a must for any website, let alone an e-commerce website!!

Speeds were good when I first signed up. But since the sale, I've noticed things had started to slow down. I had problems with random 20 second load times. The server would just hang and not load the site. I spoke numerous times with tech support who were always friendly and helpful but had no clue what the problem was. I have since switched to a new host and my speeds are considerably faster. My wp-admin loads so much quicker too. Panthur's servers are just really underperforming now. Pricing and communication was always great, but it's just not suitable for WordPress in my experience.
