I have used Panthur for years because they helped me when I had a Horrific experience with MelbourneIT and what was Smarthost. After a take over the state of my domains was corrupted and neither company would help me but the guys a Panthur helped me transfer and the rest is history.

Downtime low, service fantastic
After transferring my site to Panthur, I've been very happy. Unlike my previous hosting service, my site now has no noticeable downtime and no viruses. Technical support is excellent. I'm not a website expert, but my queries are answered comprehensively and fast.

Panthur are there when they are needed, and keep out of the way when they're not. After my annoying experiences with several other hosts, including one very popular one in the US, I was delighted to find Panthur, and I can recommend them unreservedly.

Panthur simply does its job, I don't have to worry about it, fix anything, raise tickets, anything I don't want to do. If you don't mind paying a bit more for a professional service, Panthur is good.

100% Stealthy Performance
No news is good news when it comes to hosting - it just works all the time. Panthur has never dropped the ball with our hosting and never asked us how it is going (until now) - first and last time.
The fact that Panthur is 100% Australian and locally hosted gives us peace of mind that we are contributing to our local economy.

I have been with quite few ISPs over the years and Panthur is far and away the most responsive, effective and reasonably priced by far. They Actually " set the bar" that others could do well to try and emulate.
They are knowledgeable, open and helpful and readily contactable. Their service is excellent and I have never experienced a glitch or downtime in the years I have been with them hosting and managing my web sites.

Best after sales technical support I have ever come across. Very quick response, even on public holidays. Support continues until a solution is reached.

Panther provides unbelievable service and costs. We use them for own websites and for all our clients' websites that we design and develop. Their technical support is outstanding - easy and a pleasure to communicate with plus quick resolution to issues where our technical knowledge is limited. We have never had a website out of service in over 6 years.
