Would suggest people avoid Parcelhero like the plague! On April 8th I PAID for a small parcel to go to Germany. Parcelhero had great difficulty in sending me the labels. Finally got the labels however courier did not come the following date or any day since to collect the parcel. A few minutes later I PAID for a small parcel to go to Ireland. Parcelhero to date have not sent me the labels. Have requested a refund but Parcelhero customer service are worse then useless! Looks like will have to go down section 75 route with our card company. We are a small company and regularly send goods around the world. AVOID Parcelhero. They maybe cheap but cheap for a reason!
I should have checked TrustPilot first, nearly 25% one star reviews.
I sent a package internationally, and was stuck in the UK for 2 weeks and is now being returned to me. Why? Because ParcelHero did not advise me of the correct labelling for the package, for a courier company that does not know how to send packages this is very poor indeed.
I asked for my money back and was refused.
I will never use them again and I hope this is a warning to all future users, do not rely upon what they say, they haven’t a clue.
Uses the cheapest and worst couriers but passes on no savings.
I have used Parcelhero twice and both times the parcel has been lost and Parcelhero have offered no support or help. Terrible customer service
I used them to send a parcel with UPS as the courier, entered the right dimensions and even overestimated the parcel weight. Job done or so I thought.
Then I woke up to an attempt by Parcel Hero to charge the card I'd originally used, for "some additional charges have been applied by UPS" - but it wasn't UPS charging me, it was Parcel Hero.
30+ harassing emails later, chasing me for payments that ranged from £1.81 up to £25.14 and threatening legal action and late payment fees.
No explanation, no evidence, no notice - just an unauthorised attempt to charge my card an arbitrary, unexplained amount. Judging by the fact they ignored my email back in February asking for an explanation, I'd say this is probably not the first time they've pulled this stunt/scam on unsuspecting customers and I wonder how many (especially elderly customers) would fold under the constant threat of legal action and just pay whatever they choose to charge.
I didn’t contractually agree to pay any overages/additions for the parcel, nor did I give payment approval for payment of the arbitrary amount you’ve attempted to take, without authority, from my card used for original payment.
To date, they've ignored a formal DSR request so, out of principle, I'll be reporting this to the ICO and the UK's Office of Fair Trading, as well as consumer watchdog groups.
I recently spent nearly £35 sending £12 worth of chocolate to a relation in the States via FedEx, booked through ParcelHero. Firstly I was sent the wrong out of date label and the courier had to fix it. Secondly, Parcelherot did not advise me of the new customs regulations operating in the U.S.A. After several fruitless email exchanges and the local interventions of my American relatives, the parcel has been returned to me at a further cost of £21 as it did not clear customs despite the fact that I had completed details of the contents as per the form I was sent by ParcelHero. This review is a warning to all who try to send gifts to the States, don’t rely on these agencies who offer cheap deals on courier services. They provide little or no help and it is impossible to speak to a human being - only a chatbot who repeatedly asks for your tracking number only to tell you it cannot be found.
strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. I arranged a delivery to Saudi Arabia and was charged on 29 March 2026. The item was collected on 30 March, with an estimated delivery date of 23 April.
The shipment was supposed to be handled by UPS for collection and Landmark Global for international delivery, all arranged through Parcelhero. However, tracking stopped updating after 31 March, with no further progress.
After repeatedly contacting Parcelhero, I was finally informed on 15 April that the shipping company does not deliver to the destination country—despite the parcel being held for over two weeks. To make matters worse, I am now being asked to pay £48.93 to have the item returned to me in the UK.
This experience raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and transparency. I would strongly recommend staying away.
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Parcel Hero Ireland.
Two parcels, both completely mishandled.
One was marked as delivered and “signed for” — except the signature wasn’t even from the recipient, and the parcel never arrived. The other took over 3 months to be delivered after being sent in December, and only showed up after I had already raised a claim.
This is not just poor service — it shows a complete lack of control over deliveries and accountability.
I lost money on both the items and shipping, and was left dealing with the consequences.
I would not trust this company with anything important.

Booked and paid for a collection and delivery. given a time slot for royal mail to arrive, What a surprise 3 hrs late and they still hadn't arrived so took parcel to Royal Mail and paid again. Shocking service will definitely not use again, Not to be trusted.

No phone number, damage claim form email address bounces back as not active! UPS dealt with claim and may even pay it but no way of getting in touch with parcelhero who may just keep it. AVOID given no protection at all and they may simply be a few blokes above a shop with a software platform aggregating carrier quotes.
Whistle waist if time! This company took my booking, on the day their driver didn't even turn up and I had to rebook it after waiting for them all day! The next day they called me two hours before the collecting just to tell me they can't collect it! This isn't a business but a joke! Outrageous
What an absolute disaster these people are. I sent a parcel using UPS and carefully measured and weighed the item, it was collected and delivered, the cost quoted was £39, they now are trying to charge me an extra £63, I have had backward and forward emails with them to no avail, I will be disputing the cost with my credit card company, but my advice. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!

Absolutely shocking..... When you have a problem you can't speak to anyone all AI chat with no help whatsoever, also when initially purchasing the service at no point are you informed of extra customs charges even though my package was under £50 and less than 2 kilos in weight..... WILL NEVER use them again steer clear!!!

I originally purchased UPS postage through Parcelhero for £62.16 based on the specific dimensions and weight I provided, which included the longest side of 133cm. Despite this, I was charged a further £6.66 and £1.74 without my consent. When I disputed the charges, I was told it was due to the package exceeding 100cm. However I correctly declared the 133cm length at the time of booking and paid the quoted price for those dimensions. Anyway to cut a long story short Parcelhero wouldn't refund me, therefore I raised a chargeback with my bank to get my money back, which I've now received. Don't be worried about raising a chargeback even if it is for a small amount. If you've been incorrectly charged like I was, the bank will get your money back. Goes without saying I will never use Parcelhero again, which is a shame for them as I do send quite a lot of packages.

I sent a concrete garden ornament through Parcelhero, when it arrived it was broken, it had clearly been dropped and it wouldn’t have broken easily. I have made a claim but they are blaming the packaging and claiming it was a piece of artwork and therefore not covered anyway. I’m now out of pocket after refunding the buyer. The insurance they offer is a waste of time. Completely incompetent and very poor customer service, I won’t be using them again
I Spent 30 quid to send a parcel via FedEx, I tried to drop off at a collection point and the parcel keeps failing on the drop off machine with the labels provided by parcel heor. Cannot contact a human only a crap AI that keeps raising tickets and I will now miss my delivery... Useless useless service avoid at all costs

Sent a parcel to my brother in the US for Easter, with some Easter eggs and toys for his children. At no point did ParcelHero ask me to complete any additional documents for the parcel, knowing the contents and destination, even didn't suggest an FDA Prior Notice, but from previous experience, I completed one prior to sending the parcel, for the food items.
It was sent on 24/03/26 and was meant to arrive on 30/03/26, yet, it was held up in customs.
I communicated with FedEx about it, but apparently ParcelHero asks them to direct their clients back to ParcelHero.
So, I contacted ParcelHero and dealt with a guy called [redacted]. What a nightmare it was.
From the off, it was evident that ParcelHero were not communicating with FedEx as I was getting more recent updates from FedEx than I was from ParcelHero, as I was disappointed with the service provided, I tried to deal directly with the carrier.
The parcel is finally being delivered today, and I have since asked [redacted] at ParcelHero to raise a complaint regarding the service I've been provided by them on three separate occasions and his response was that by complaining, it wouldn't get my parcel to arrive any faster.
Incredibly rude response, and obviously didn't understand the reason I wanted to complain, so I assume I'll have to raise the complaint with ParcelHero directly, as the agent obviously doesn't know how to, or is unwilling to help their customer.
I will certainly no longer be considering using ParcelHero again, as their customer service can't tell their ear from their elbow, respond slower than molasses and literally don't care about you once you've purchased your courier service from them.
Edit: I've been asked to remove the agent's name from the review, so that other people don't know who provided such poor service, so there you have it!

No delivery from Parcelforce and the online tracking on the Parcel Hero Website shows incorrect information. The Parcelforce tracking shows it as delivered but on the phone they told me it hasn't been. I am in despair! No human available, just chat bots!

Was charged additional fee due to UPS claiming the parcel was oversize, however it was carefully weighed and measured.
Could not download invoice for additional fee from parcelhero website; it timeout every attempt. I still still don't know how much additional was charged to card.

Awful experience, my parcel is still waiting for collection, no human interface to help, chat bot is great for issuing tickets, that's about all. Please avoid.
