Do not recommend, my car got damaged
Would not recommend as my car got damaged whilst leaving it in the Leeds branch. I was away for one day and came back to find a large scratch down the side and several scuffs on the wheel arch. The staff on the day were helpful and sympathetic but dealing with management has been very frustrating as I've really had to pester to get them to follow through with the the incident report process. One month later I've got nothing helpful from them, and they expect me to take their word for it that they found nothing on cctv footage. My only option is to claim through my own insurance if I want proof of cctv footage, or pay for the damage myself. When you leave your keys with a company you don't expect this to happen, it's extremely disappointing.
