Phoned up early on Friday morning about a M4 competition I'd seen on tiktok, too see if it was still there. Spoke to Jack told him id come straight up for a viewing, wasnt a problem and he made sure it was easily accessible . Loverly car, exactly as described. Jack was very helpful and not the usual pushy salesman. To be fair I spoke to a few of the salesman and they were all helpful. After a decent test drive and negotiation on my part ex the deal was done. I picked it up the following day and so far im loving it. Id definitely recommend them. There stock are all quality so I'm sure I'll be back when it's time to change again.

The whole experience of buying a car from Parker Prestige from entering the showroom to driving away with my new car was excellent.

I dealt with Jack, An absolute no nonsense, seamless deal. Within hours i was set with the car i wanted and on course to pick it up 4 days later. Jack was clear and honest about the products available to protect the most expensive car i'd ever purchased. He inspired confidence and walked me through the entire car from head to toe. From walking into the dealership to picking the car up was so smooth sailing all the lads were very welcoming, I knew from the second I walked in i was going to buy a car from here the car was exactly how described. My faith in salespeople has been fully restored! Tony was fantastic from start to finish. The initial car i wanted on enquiry had been sold, Tony quickly found another, gave a great price to part ex mine. I drove up from Birmingham and was delighted to find the car was perfect and there was no negotiation on the price offered for mine. Had a lovely stay in Richmond as well! From start to finish the service was excellent. Tony the salesman was brilliant, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will be returning for my next car. The range of cars they have is excellent and all at good prices.

Craig made sure everything ran smoothly, talked me threw everything, got the car ready for when I wanted it to be, nothing bad to say about the company, he’s also checked in to see if everything’s ok with the car etc which not many places do once they have your money, so fair play. I cannot praise Jack and the Parker Prestige highly enough. Buying a car after having ours stolen started as a painful process when contacting the standard main dealers. Then, thankfully, I found Jack (and Tony and Sam) - no hard sell from him; he immediately understood our predicament and was incredibly prompt in responding to questions. He/they took the pain out of having to replace a stolen car. We have a cracker of a car now. Thank you.

BMW X 3
I had a 3 hour drive to Parker Prestige to collect my BMW X 3, on arrival I met Tony Charlton the sales person I had been corresponding with who made me very welcome and made coffee.
The car was exactly as described by Tony during our phone conversations,nothing was too much trouble for him, he set up my phone and Sat Nav before I made my 3 hour journey home. Would definitely recommend.

Vehicle presented in showroom as new condition - the ceramic coating made a huge difference.

Excellent service start to finish. We dealt with jack who has such a lovely calm friendly demeanor. Never felt any pressure he made it a pleasure to buy a new car no stress at all. Best experience in over 30 years of purchasing cars. Dog friendly showroom and staff too.
