I had a great experience with Parker Prestige, I made my enquiry and got in touch with Craig, he sent me over a video tour of the car the next day after asking for it and loved the vehicle I bought so I wanted to take it. Every step afterwards was smooth aswell, we arrived at Parker Prestige and I’m sure it was Nathan that gave us the keys and finished off with the rest of the purchase, he took my car to have a look at it for a trade in and gave me the keys to have a look around the car and once he was back we went a test drive, filled in a few details, paid the deposit and signed some documents and we were on our way back home. Service was great and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good and well kept vehicle💪🏼

As we were located a considerable distance away, buying a car remotely could easily have been stressful, but the team were flexible, accommodating and happy to work around our requirements. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with no pressure selling..

A genuinely positive buying experience..

I had a very bad experience buying from this company within two months of purchasing my Range Rover I received an email saying mot was due ! I paid to have this done and was told I would be reimbursed but failed to pay for this ! The following month a full service was due. No service history provided so at least two years without service. Onto December the camshaft gave in and engine seized . To break it down they weren’t interested I was quoted £17’500 for new engine, I informed them I wasn’t paying for a car I had less the 5 months and only a couple of thousand miles on clock ! After 6 weeks of headaches and independent mechanic was asked to investigate and they were found liable for repairs! However I was without car for nearly 6 months, they told me the didn’t give cars to customers however I realised they were lying when my car get dropped off at my home and the driver asked where there car was ! I explained that I wasn’t given one and he was mortified he had to make his own way home from Scotland to England so this is the kinda company you should stay clear of as there not interested if something happens to your car ! I can only thank my finance company for stepping in and helping me as without them I still wouldn’t have had car ! Never dealt with such a company and only hope nobody has to go through what I have !

Very good service on my BMW M4 purchase with the best Salesman Nathan. What was discussed and promised whilst closing the deal on the car everthing was done. Thankyou Nathan

Just recently collected my Third car from Parker Prestige after receiving top tier service from Nathan. I’m someone who changes my car often and bought a significant amount of cars over the years, one of the big things for me when buying a car is communication and updates. Parker prestige & Nathan excel in this, it’s not limited to the 9-5 working times. Nathan went above and beyond for the third time, contacting me on his day off, late at night and in the past has offered to go to the dealership on his day off despite living 40 minutes away.

This is not my local garage, I live over 2 hours away in Cumbria however the drive there and back is worth it. Driving down knowing the car will be presented as described, informative sales and business staff when dealing with finances and then the drive home in a car that has been prepped in the view of same day collection.

100% recommend and will return in the future

I bought a Macan Turbo Performance from Parker Prestige. Sales process and test drive with Jack was all spot on. Great knowledge of the car and everything on the car was as per the advert and aligned to discussions I had with Jack before heading up to the showroom to test drive it. Was also good to see a bit of two way negotiation is still a thing (a lot of garages refuse to budge now).

Car collection a week later all went well and loved the 60 odd mile drive back home.

Unfortunately the next day, a suspension warning light appeared. Messaged Jack and within 24hours the car was collected, put on a trailer and a courtesy car provided - great customer service. The car went from Parker Prestige to Porsche and back a couple of times to get to the bottom of the fix (Porsche were saying it was fixed but when Parker Prestige tested it they were not happy - this was very re-assuring as they were showing they're not prepared to return the car until it was to their standards).

My only slight gripe was a bit of a lack of proactive communication - it took 8 weeks to get the car fully fixed (not Parker Prestiges fault) and it would have been better if proactive calls were made to me to give me progress update - even if it was to say there is no real update).

I would definitely buy from Parker Prestige again though. Not their fault the car had an issue and they went out of their way to get it fixed by the main dealer (Porsche).

p.s. the car is now fully fixed and is stunning to look at and to drive.

I recently collected my Porsche Macan and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. A special mention must go to Jack, whose customer service was truly exceptional.

I have to say I’ve been really impressed with Parker’s prestige and Nathan in particular.
Quite a whirlwind turnaround, I emailed last Thursday evening after working hours regarding the beautiful A45 AMG. Contacted me 1st thing on Friday and having agreed the part exchange, went to work in one car and left in the other.
Even more so that he was kind enough to deliver/drive it to the east coast of Scotland.
A real pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend Parker’s and Nathan.

Great service from Craig. I had to travel some distance. We discussed both my px and put a deal together on my Porsche prior to the veiwing. Test drove and collected the car in one visit. All handled very professionally with my private reg transferred across and new plates printed while I was there. Very good experience and would use again without hesitation.

After seeing this car on Parkers website, I was immediately interested, within 24 hours we drove down to the garage to have a look at the vehicle, and the pictures online certainly did it justice. The Guys in the showroom were very open with answers to the questions asked, and the deal was done. Craig was very helpful arranging the paperwork and new plates for me, everything was simple, quick and easy.
