I used Parking Appeals Group to deal with a parking ticket I received. Ever since I engaged them they dealt with the case end to end in a timely and professional manner. I was always aware of what they were doing and how they were progressing the case. They are extremely knowledgeable about case law and were able to use this knowledge and experience to successfully defend the claim against me and gain a contribution to costs incurred from the company that issued the parking claim against me. Parking Appeals has been the most reliable company I’ve dealt with. They always come through for me when I get parking tickets and it’s a lot cheaper than the fines sent by the ticket companies. I’ve been submitting my parking tickets to the parking appeals group for atleast 5 years now and I have never had to pay a private company or council ticket. They have help me get CCJ’s removed and won all appeals at court. The communication is great when dealing with my Appeals. I can honestly say PARKING APPEALS GROUP have saved me hundreds of pounds! I’m not a person of many words but to sum up this company, I can say they are a beast at what they do, they get the job done, all you have to do is pay sit back and watch, they let me get back my money that I had paid marston not to mention my clamp removal lol, I haven’t paid a ticket since I met this company and I have been so educated on a lot of things. Amazing experience with Parking appeals group. They sorted 3 county court claims for me. 2 eventually got cancelled before court, 1 went to court and CASE DISMISSED! I even claimed loss of earnings from the parking company.

In all honesty, I thought this company was a scam . To my surprise, they were excellent!! They dealt with my case as promised. What I really liked about this company was their speedy response to my queries. I was vey anxious every time the council wrote me a letter . However, parking appeals reassured me every time. My PCN was cancelled!! Give them a go they are honest and professional. I have already submitted another PCN . Just be patient and they will deliver results 100%

I’ve had two parking tickets on separate occasions and this company has helped me appeal both and has won I genuinely thought i wouldn’t win the appeal. They definitely know what they’re doing so please do use them. Thank you

I have used the PAG because I received a stupid ticket for parking in Lambeth, I was referred there by one of there staff members Mika.

At first I was skeptic because the replies was sometimes late, however I was reassured my ticket is still being worked on and that they just have a big demand of work.

I left it for a few days and asked for an update again, Muerika I think her name is her signature says founder/director emailed me.

The email said it has been appealed and that Lambeth will contact me directly, i believe it was 3 or 2 days after that I got a letter from Lambeth stating that they are cancelling my Ticket on whatever grounds PAG used.

Am happy I done it and now feel more relaxed it’s completed 👍🏾 I would say to whoever is using them to just trust the process I know it seems long as I was NERVOUS also but the work does seem to get done! Thank you PAG I will be coming back again.

Received a Parking Charge Notice on dubious grounds. Have had success in past using similar companies and chose this one (Parking Appeals Group or PAG) in haste by mistake because of good reviews for another with a similar sounding name. After 4 weeks I had heard nothing and a PCN payment deadline was approaching so I contacted PAG for a status update and simultaneously discovered the generic copy and pasted message that they had charged me £20 to send to the parking company, which included inaccuracies and lies (I could see this through the parking company's online dispute portal). The parking company had responded immediately but PAG had not then responded to either of us. PAG then claimed that they had not heard from the parking company (despite evidence to the contrary) but would contact them (this was never forthcoming). Then, after numerous failed attempts over a two week period to contact PAG by email, their website, Facebook and phone call, they emailed to repeat that they hadn't heard from the parking company but would email them and claimed that they had had issues with their messaging facility so had removed it to just use email from now on. It was at this point that I informed them of the next stage of the parking companies processes to state that PAG had missed the appeal deadlines meaning that the penalty had increased, would increase again further shortly and to continue to appeal would incur a cost from the Independent Appeals Service. PAG did not reply. At this point I've effectively paid for a service that is not only non-existent but also making the problem worse. I decided to cut my losses and requested a refund from PAG (received a week later) and paid the inflated penalty charge. With hindsight, I can now see that the signs were there from the beginning as the PAG website is unfinished in places with simple spelling mistakes, and the company itself was registered only very shortly before I engaged their services. If your purpose as a business is to appeal parking charges on behalf of others and you fail to communicate properly with either the person being charged or the company attempting to charge then you are doomed to failure.
