Eastleigh- took my son there today and I must admit I was very dissapointed.

Sensors toys.- most of them don't work, the LED light mirror has is LED lights hanging of it. None of the interactive toys work bar one.

Aircon - there aircon doesn't work or it's just blowing warm air in. Spoke to the staff about it and they agreed they said it was 30 degrees. Feel sorry for them.

We couldn't stay as its too hot for our son.

Cafe very expensive £2 for a small bottle of water. You can't bring your own drinks so you are forced to buy theirs in a venue with no air con.

Toilets were very smelly and dated, toilet seat hanging off.

Shame as its a good site just not maintained.

We visited Partyman Stevenage today 10th July. We thoroughly enjoyed our time the children loved all the facilities. We wanted to say what a credit Sam is to yhe company. Its understaffed and Sam is rushing around attending to all the customers needs. She hasn't stopped the whole time we've been here and nothing is too much for her.

I booked marsh farm for the Christmas event and it was cancelled because of covid. So I requested a refund and was told they have issued it a few days later and it will be in my account within 10 days. It’s now been 20 days and still no refund. I’ve messaged 3 times, twice they said there behind because if Covid the third time they just ignored the message. Still waiting partyman where’s my refund your not the only ones struggling because of Covid! It affects family’s to and I need my refund!

Took my son and his cousin to the one in Cambridge... the play area is great but for the cafe and toilets... BAD hygiene.
Toilets absolutely filthy With water and urine over the toilets and toilet paper everywhere. Based on that I would not return unfortunately.

Very overpriced compared to other similar venues. Charging £2 for adults to fight other adults for a chair to sit down on is a poor show, There is a fair sized climbing frame with slides and a ball pit. No inflatables though. The place is cramped and unkempt. The flooring could do with a clean; an thankful that the wearing of socks is mandatory.
I do not recommend the Oxford venue. I also don’t like the moth full of abuse from the staff member when I queried the adult entry fee.

My granddaughter Kimi had her 5th birthday party at the Ipswich venue in September. Steph our party coordinator was fabulous. Welcomed us and organised shoes coats presents and rules of play .. got all the kids dancing .. the food was great .. lots of fresh stuff (fruit and veg) .. plenty of squash was available b4 we went up to our party room too .. it was £10 per head off peak which is a really good deal .. everyone had fun .. would totally recommend .. birthday girl also got a voucher for a free play on another day which was a nice touch ♡

Not recommended. Poor hygiene and food quality is very bad.

Eastleigh branch not recommended. Very dirty carpets and food quality is very bad chicken chicken and chicken £8 for a adult meal which was disgusting only chips were aetable. Kids meal £4 but same poor choice and arrived cold . Plus not going to mention £10 entry fee
