Ordered a personalised Elf on the Shelf in November 2025, never received the product and had no response chasing the order or to requests for a refund. Over £30 stolen, would give 0 stars if possible

I believe that a lot of the 5* reviews on here are fake.
This is a truly awful company, like a sheep in wolves clothing.
Don’t be fooled by the bright colours and the promise of next day delivery because you will be disappointed.
SAVE YouR time, energy and money and pay a little Extra to a more reputable company.
Not only will party pieces ruin your occasion, they will also try to get away with not providing a refund for the catastrophic failure to deliver the product that you have paid for.
DO NOT TAKE THE RISK, AS YOU WILL BE BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED.
My 3yr old balled her eyes out as they failed to deliver her balloon and banner, truly disgraceful company.

Awful company.
Balloon I ordered was terrible. Paid over £50 for a 3 balloons, the main one looked like my 3 yo had stuck the stickers on and I also had to go to card factory to replace 2 additional balloons that were flat on receipt. Logged a ticket for help sent lots of evidence and heard nothing they closed my complaint twice without even responding.
Do not buy anything from them.

Had issues with one delivery and they went out of their way to make amends thank you for your service . Ballon quality was good and long lasting for the price paid it was worth it .

Ruined a 9-year old's birthday

Placed an order for a personalised cookie cake for delivery the day before the birthday-girl's party. Cake did not arrive on the day and when I phoned the following day, I was told by somebody in the office that she would check with the bakery on the status of the order. Never heard back and no cake ever arrived. No apologies offered and the refund (which needed to be requested by email) took over 2-weeks.

Reading reviews it looks like this issue is not unique to me. Avoid at all costs if your order is date-sensitive. :(

I ordered £150 worth of balloons for my dad's 80th birthday party, to be delivered on Saturday 6th December. Only 1 box of 3 delivered on this date and the remainder came too late.

No response to my emails.
No apology.
No refund.
No more business from me!

Avoid this company if you need items for a specific date/special occasion as no recourse. What other company has a ticketing system just to shelve complaints? Says it all really...

I have made an order about 3 weeks in advance to arrive on the specific date. My delivery never came and after I filed a complaint, and tried contacting customer support they have had no information on when will my order arrive. Naturally, as I needed my order on the specific date I have filed for a refund which I am still waiting on. Very poor experience.

Do not use, this company do not deliver on time and bearing in mind their business is special occasions, that is a joke.

I placed an order on October 23. When it didn't arrive in the expected timeframe I emailed asking for information, and they sent a link so I could open a 'ticket' complaint through another company of theirs, Teddy-Tastic. As of today, November 7th, I have had no delivery, no explanation, no refund...basically they appear to have robbed me! Please do not use this company. I even checked back yesterday and my 'ticket' had been deleted, so I opened a new one. Not holding my breath.

Every year I order a personalised banner for my daughter’s birthday. The banners are of such good quality and have let them all to hang them up at her 18th or 21st. I have never had any issues but on the one occasion I made a mistake they were so helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough and have only had a great experience.

Ordered party cups for an 80th birthday party on 13th August. Was told 3-5 working days for delivery. Tried to track order with Post Office and it kept showing 'We are expecting your order'. Party has come and gone , thank goodness for Amazon next day delivery. Do not use this company

Ordered a cake on Saturday and was told I could get it on Tuesday. Out of curiosity considering the order was made over the weekend, I called on Monday to re-confirm I'll be getting my order on Tuesday but the person clearly showed beyond doubt that she wasn't aware of the order and had to check her system to see the order and said its not going to be possible to get it delivered on Tuesday as I wanted. Eventually got the cake on Wednesday (after the birthday party).

The packaging and picture quality (personalised cake) in appearance was so poor. I hope they sit up and track their orders online.

I ordered a cake for my little ones birthday party when it arrived it came in a cardboard box not very well packaged at all.

When we came to cut the cake the ribbon that was around it was stuck to it pulling most of the icing off we couldn't even scrap it off as it was so sticky which was a waste.

For a cake off £30.00 plus delivery I would have expected better. I contacted costumer services and basically blamed the humidity that made it sticky.

I would not recommend buying a cake from this company.

Oh dear! Having used Party Pieces since the early 90’s and now for my grandchildren, my order received today is very disappointing. The banner was sent in a Jiffy bag and is completely squashed. They used to come in a box. The quality of the banner used to be far superior. Not sure I’ll be ordering from you again. What a shame

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered personalised balloons in good time to arrive on 24.12.24 for my daughters surprise engagement party. I had to contact them to determine what went wrong and why they were not delivered and informed the order should not have gone through as there was no stock BUT they took my money and would still have it if I had not called. USELESS COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Scammed by Party Pieces same like I was?
On the 29th of November 2024, a house full of people waited for the cake until late with the hope that they will deliver it, that is why Party Pieces charged me £36. Well, the so much wanted birthday cake never arrived. The operators who work for this company were not kind, neither polite, they just told me to send a complaint e-mail at infoatparty.pieces.co.uk for which neither until today I received no answer.
The disappointment was huge, my emotional well being was damaged. I organised a surprise birthday party for my hubby, in addition candles, and champagne.
In any case, I would like to know if am I just so unlucky or this company is a SCAM.

I ordered some items for my daughter's birthday party, including a set of 8 fairy patterned party bags for £13.99. What arrived was 7 plain pink, cheap-looking party bags, completely different from what was listed on the website. Very disappointing, as I probably won't have time to re-order from somewhere more reputable before the party. Please avoid this company.

Ordered a banner that never arrived.
Was told on the phone I could have a refund an to email in which I did the moment I asked for a refund I now get no response.
Rung in twice now an told they are waiting for it to be authorised but haven't received anything.

Ordered some balloons, tracking number never worked, problem with Amazon delivery they said.. no refund yet.

Pretty sure this is a scam, fraud website.

If I don’t get my refund I’ll be taking it further with fraud online and police to get it shut down.

Just another useless company or fraud.

I recieved my order 3 days after purchase,also got confirmation on the day I made the purchase on Line.
Well packaged as advertised on their website.
