hatte zwei mal technische Probleme:
beim ersten Mal war ein Mitspieler am final table, der nicht richtig angezeigt wurde, d.h. ich konnte nicht sehen wieviel chips er hat, ob er mitgeht oder ob er ausgestiegen ist. so kann man nicht richtig pokern, sofortiger Anruf bei der hotline mit inständiger bitte sie mögen sich das doch direkt live anschauen (was nicht getan wurde?!?), brachte garnichts. das war vor 2 Monaten in etwa und ich warte heute noch auf eine Klärung bzw.Erklärung des Vorfalls.
Beim zweite Mal wurde mir nach einem Potgewinn der Gewinn bzw. mein Chipstand angezeigt und bei Beginn der nächsten Runde hatte ich auf einmal 200000 Chips weniger auf dem Konto. das war sehr verwirrend und in dem Moment auch nicht nachvollziehbar! erst als ich im Nachhinein mir mehrmals die Handverläufe nochmal angeschaut hatte, konnte ich nachvollziehen, dass mir wohl ein falscher Gewinn angezeigt worden war. also ein technischer Fehler von pokerstars.
ich habe beide Male die Probleme/Fehler (samt screenshots und Videos der Handverläufe) sofort beim Kundensupport von Partypoker gemeldet und beanstandet.
seitdem (ungefähr vor 2 Monaten) werde ich von einem Kundenbetreuer zum Nächsten weitergereicht und nix passiert. hacke ich nach wollen sie von mir bereits eingereichte unterlagen oder auf einmal was Neues.
ich hätte erwartet, dass mir die Turnierstartgebühr ersetzt wird, da das klar technische Probleme von Partypoker waren und Partypoker für einen reibungslosen technischen Ablauf verantwortlich ist.
Davor drückt sich aber Partypoker, daher kann ich von diesem Pokeranbieter nur abraten.

Wenn man echtes Pokerspielen verlernen möchte, kann man hier spielen. Immer, wie die anderen auch festgestellt haben, gewinnen die Spieler oft mit schwächsten Karten. Ist klar, dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit bei einer schwachen Hand zwar klein ist, dennoch nicht unwahrscheinlich. Die Frage ist, wenn man zu oft mit einer schwachen Hand gewinnt, sollten doch die Mathematiker die Wahrscheinlichkeitsgesetze ändern!
Vielleicht haben sie einen Fehler in Berechnungen gemacht!!!! hahaha

Withdrew funds with trustly to my saved account (same as I deposited with), they sent it to another account that doesnt belong to anyone. Atleast according to their receipt. Refuse to give funds back (200 euro) even when I have screenvideo evidence of the mistake. Never more Partypoker.

Das Ranking hier ist absolut negativ zuallem ist kein Spaß mehr am spielen.

Die Chance hier in einem Duell mit full house hier trotzdem gegen ein besseres full house zu verlieren ist doch klär nehr als gefakt.

Selbst hier das ständige Flash entgegen zu treten ist keine Option da auch hier der Gewinn dem Flash schon festgelegt.

Die Leidenschaft am Poker ist hier nicht mehr gegeben somit kein Stern!!!

I hit a straight, then hit a flush. Same hand. Equates to a straight flush. I went all in. The opponent matched and he won on just a flush. My hand didn't show it was a straight flush either. They won on just a higher flush! They do not recognise texas hold em poker! The game is rigged!!!!!!!! Uninstalling this crap!

They may close your account for no reason. I sent em feedback what they didnt like and boom closed.
That can be happening much easier too.

Your money just stays with them. Its very hard to get your funds back.

Customer service send you automatic messages back in French, why not English so people could understand.

Conclusion i would choose an English speaking casino who have no history of stealing funds and afterwords hide themself bureaucracy.

Ps. I have now sent multiple messages in order to simple get my funds back. they cancel it with a new reason everytime. Bank statements are not valid etc.

It feels like a battle of tiredness.

It is impossible to get the same amount of bad beats in real life the game is totally rigged the amount of times I have lost from being ahead pre-flop is ridiculous how many times can a hand like AA lose to J7 off suit it is more than a joke

Unbelievable beats constantly. The site continually rewards extremely poor players who get their money in bad and suckout again and again. Their idiot disclaimer that poker is a "game of chance" does not fill me with confidence either. Yes, in the short term, it is a game of chance. In the long term, what actually happens should tend towards the probability expected. If it does not there is something seriously wrong with the rng.

J’ai plusieurs centaines de screenshot, voir peut être un millier, de bad beats qui sont tombées en game, je parle de proba du style le mec est à 1% ou moins de win mais fini toujours par gagner avec une main bidon. Tu peux tapis avec AA, t’inquiète pas que l’adversaire aura une suite à la river même avec une seule de ses deux cartes, ou bien deux paires, ou bien un brelan… une véritable arnaque sur patte.

I emailed party poker and i wrote my experience already on your site and no response from party poker and i really do not get the no response as i really know the business as i spent a very big part of my life in this business and know many o the top people in the industry very well,,,,,,,,,,,Party poker Ontario is in a hot bead city like Toronto that has a many illegal in Toronto and is known for being a huge poker community and most illegal poker rooms steal way to much money from the house rake and the casino that take poker like the woodbine poker room take a 15 dollar rake and no real poker players can hold their own with this rake and yet PARTY POKER with a fair rake has zero sit and goes going every day and has no limit games and the amount of games going can not possibly survive they do get 3 handed tourneys going but very few a day and i ask myself how is this possible as poker is so huge in Ontario and the answer is simple and obvious as the site must only care about table games and slots and sports as i know PARTY POKER can see it is not doing well with poker and room the past i know that they know how to treat its players very well,,,,,,,,, i speak to many players and they wont play because of bots and do not feel protected but still not enough of a reason to have a player pool so small and they do their best to not inform their players about getting the best sign up bonuses as i had my bonus not given to me and you can not play more games than i do on this site and they need traffic ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Can someone tell me how i can get real Party Poker people to read how poor ontario poker players are treated on this site as i believe the crew running Ontario PARTY POKER know next to zero about gambling and the traffic on the site does not lie

Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this conning site. The most rigged poker platform going. Blatant bots on every poker table. The app is also shocking. You’ll join a poker game or roulette for example and it’ll just kick you out and you won’t be able to get back in. The customer service is absolutely woeful, no one knows what they’re talking about. How these lot are regulated by any commission is beyond me. Stay away.
