Having completed the Advanced Practitioner course with Paseda360, I gained so much from the experience that when the Human Centric Team Coaching course was launched, I knew I wanted to be part of it. The Advanced Practitioner course gave me an incredible foundation, and the team coaching programme has provided a practical, relatable way to bring those skills into my workplace.

The course has been thoughtfully designed, combining robust theory with practical coaching guides, real-world application, and generous insights from Angela and Julian throughout. Every element feels intentional and immediately transferable into practice.

The human-centric approach to team coaching is different. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, it helps you understand the people, relationships and dynamics within a team. I believe that’s exactly why it works so well.

I was initially apprehensive about taking the approach into my workplace, but it has already had a far greater impact than I could have imagined. Seeing the difference it is making so quickly has given me confidence in both the methodology and my own practice.

Angela and Julian have created a learning experience that is practical, thought-provoking and incredibly supportive. They don't simply teach a model; they create the conditions for you to experience it, reflect on it and apply it in your own way. The balance between theory, practice, supervision and peer learning meant I wasn't just learning more about team coaching, I was becoming more intentional in how I coach.

It helped me recognise that many of the things I had been doing for years now had a clearer framework, language and purpose. It has also challenged me to pay as much attention to what isn't being said as to what is.

Learning alongside a fantastic cohort of fellow coaches was another highlight. Hearing different perspectives and experiences reinforced that there isn't one right way to coach a team, and the supervision sessions provided a safe environment to explore real challenges, reflect on my own assumptions and continue developing as a practitioner.

If you're looking for a programme that goes beyond tools and techniques and genuinely develops your confidence, presence and capability as a Human-Centric Team Coach, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I first connected with Paseda360 in 2023, when I joined their brilliant Coach Club. It's a brilliant resource for new and seasoned coaches, with plenty of opportunities to meet some great people and learn through their regular clinics and CPD sessions.

Last year I took their Advanced Practitioner course - hands down the best course I've ever taken - and have gone on to do study positive psychology with them too.

The experience I've had working with them has been exemplary. The training was excellent, and really pushed my boundaries, so that I stepped firmly outside of my own comfort zone! As for the wrap-around support that I've experienced through working with them over the past three years, it's been off the scale. If I could give more stars, I would!

Wow, I am so grateful for Paseda360, I am nearing completion of the Advanced Practitioner in Positive Psychology Coaching Certificate. Truthfully, I was unsure at the beginning of the course. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to learn the skills or apply those skills in the coaching room. However, my lived experience was so different. The course is so well thought out and beautifully tailored to guide you through with depth of knowledge, reflection and enough introspection to embed the learning. The blend of online, and in person learning worked so well. I found the deadlines for each module closing so helpful to keep on track. I felt the supervisions and (online) in person meet ups were like gold dust. The space has been so held. Paseda360 have created an incredibly supportive and psychologically safe environment for each of us to flourish in our own time. The experience of real life coaching for me, was transformational. When I began my life coach training with Paseda 360 I didn’t know what to expect, and what a fabulous journey it has been. From in depth learning about techniques and the science behind them, through experiencing those techniques sat in the client’s chair, to supported practical application and beyond with the ongoing friendship, encouragement and support that comes with being part of the Paseda community. On a personal level, I have learned much about myself, reframing negative beliefs to adopt a more positive outlook; on a professional level, I have been given the skills and confidence to make a real difference to other people’s lives. For anyone looking to enter the world of coaching or for existing coaches who want to further develop their practise, I can’t recommend Paseda 360 enough. Also, they offer bursaries for blue light/NHS leavers who are looking to become life coaches- I am grateful as this made my desired career change an affordable reality.

I completed the Advanced Practitioner course with Paseda360 in 2025 and am currently part way through the Master Practitioner programme, I can honestly say the experience has been profoundly transformational — both professionally and personally.

Wow, PASEDA 360 training has been the most life changing training Ive ever had (and Ive some pretty great training in my time) I'd say you cant fail to come out with a new understanding of your own life, its the key that literally unlocks what's keeping you stuck. I cannot recommend the Paseda360 Advanced Practitioner in Transformational Coaching course enough. It is suitable for both experienced coaches and those (as I was) who are completely new to coaching. The blended learning of self-directed online study, virtual sessions and in-person training is well paced, engaging and genuinely amazing.
