Really great experience with the service. My instructor Dean was friendly, professional, understanding and I felt like they had a good desire to see their student succeed. Overall really good experience.

I passed my driving test this morning thanks to Pass N Go, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without Paul Minett.

Paul is an exceptional instructor — patient, understanding, and incredibly skilled at explaining everything in a way that just clicks. Whether it was manoeuvres or handling real road situations, he has a way of guiding you step by step so you always feel in control and confident behind the wheel.

His teaching style strikes the perfect balance: he’s firm when needed and not afraid to point out mistakes, but he does it in such a constructive and clear way that you actually improve quickly. Every lesson felt purposeful, and you can really see how his approach builds you into a safe and capable driver.

What stood out most is how he doesn’t just tell you what to do — he shows you and helps you understand why, which makes a huge difference. By the time test day came around, I felt fully prepared.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Paul highly enough. If you want to pass and become a genuinely good driver, he’s the instructor you need.

Marina was a brilliant instructor and really helped sort though my nerves during lessons and right up to my test (which I passed!) She's patient, understanding and always has little tips and tricks to help make driving not be such a daunting task. I'm so thankful and would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn

Terrible company, after investing around a thousand of pounds in lessons. The instructor has let my son down for his scheduled test as the instructor failed his instructors test, at no point did he mention any risk at the point we commenced lessons!!! The company has arranged multiple different lessons with different instructors who all have fleeced money for a two hour lesson only to refuse the test unless we commit to a minimum of 12 lessons with them despite him being test ready!

Absolute rip of of a company with unprofessional con artists masquerading as driving instructors.

Avoid this company at all cost!!!

Would definitely reccomend my driving instructor Darren Cook who helped me pass first time with one minor , he explained everything clearly and was very patient.

I had Dougie Scott as my instructor who was amazing throughout the whole process. I was nervous at first but he soon made me feel comfortable and I found driving with him fun and easy. I sadly didn’t pass first time due to nerves but straight away Dougie made sure I re booked my test again and did more lessons with him. I have just passed second attempt today. I couldn’t recommended him enough. Dougie is the best driving instructor I could have hoped for and grateful for everything he has done for me throughout .

It is fabulous and I am really enjoying having a lesson with my driving instructor Paul.He’s very nice and kind.i am really looking forward to another lesson with Paul.overall he is very knowledgeable instructor

Cant recommend enough. Passed first time with phil. With zero experience, Phil was so patient and calm with me. I came away from every lesson feeling positive. On days I felt didn't go as well Phil made sure i acknowledged all the positives from every lesson. So grateful! Again highly recommend. Very knowledgable and always a laugh too!!

I highly recommend them. They are extremely professional and truly among the best in their field. Their appointments are always punctual and well-organised, they provide outstanding support for driving, and they place great emphasis on learning, safety, and continuous development.

I’ve just passed my driving test, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without Hussein Al Sammarraie excellent teaching and support. From the very first lesson, Hussein was patient, calm, and made everything easy to understand, even when I was struggling or feeling nervous. He always explained things clearly, gave helpful feedback, and focused on building my confidence as a safe driver rather than just passing the test. Every lesson felt structured and productive, and he never made me feel rushed or under pressure

Rachel is the best instructor ever, she calmed me down instantly when getting into the car and she always believed in me all the way through which helped me to pass !!! Thank you for everything Rachel 💕

Passed during my first attempt with only 2 minors in Gosforth. My instructor Anton was very helpful during all our sessions in making me understand UK road rules

Farooq Ali is my instructor and he’s brilliant with his job.he’s patient and very understanding.his encouragement pushes me to do more.it’s my 5th lesson and am loving it.i look forward to every lesson because I know am going to learn something new.im grateful

Mark Dyson is an asset to the driving industry. I had a bad experience before and I was really apprehensive but mark assured me all will be okay, and it was! A really calm easy going gentleman who has made me feel more confident in just 1 session. Kudos to you mark well done and thank you so much!

my lesson was with kulbir mann - kip. he was very professional but also very friendly at the same time. i let him know that i had autism and he made sure i understood things in a way i would. im very confident that i will get far if i keep working with kip as he taught me a lot on my first lesson. thank you!!

I passed my test this morning with a wonderful instructor named Sean Smith. I highly highly recommend him. He has been brilliant through all my time with him and super patient. I am dyspraxic so going into driving I knew it was going to be a challenge but he has managed to make driving fun for me, something I thought would never be possible. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

My driving instructor David Hutchinson was mint I had a lovely time learning in the space off 20 hours I passed first time round he is lovely I would recommend. Am Katie and safe to say he is absolutely mint again

I had a very positive experience learning to drive with Anton Pal, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. From the beginning, Anton was extremely patient with me, especially as a first-time driver. There were moments where I felt nervous or unsure, but he never made me feel rushed or pressured, which really helped build my confidence over time.

What I appreciated most was how clearly Anton explained everything. He had a way of breaking things down into simple steps, which made even the more difficult manoeuvres feel much more manageable. If I didn’t understand something the first time, he would calmly explain it again in a different way until it clicked.

Anton was also very encouraging throughout all my lessons. He always pointed out the progress I was making, even in small ways, which really kept me motivated—especially on days when I doubted myself. His calm attitude really stood out to me as well. Whenever I made mistakes, he stayed composed and just guided me through how to correct them without any pressure or criticism.

He also paid close attention to my driving and quickly picked up on areas I needed to improve. He would then adjust the lessons to focus on those, which made a big difference in how quickly I improved. Each lesson felt well-structured and purposeful, building from the basics to more challenging driving situations at a pace that suited me.

Overall, Anton is professional, supportive, and genuinely cares about his students’ progress. His knowledge of road safety and his ability to give constructive feedback made me feel well-prepared and confident by the end of my lessons. I would highly recommend Anton Pal to anyone learning to drive, especially if you’re a first-time driver like I was.
