Unfortunately we live in the age of AI where positive reviews are mass-produced to create a false sense of legitimacy. Don't fall for it. There is no contact info on their site, the shipping takes forever (it's been a month, and one shipment was "returned" and the other is still stuck in China.) They are supposed to be a US company but they bill through a 3rd party chinese reseller site and ship from China. It's a scam.

First off, the quality is mid. Its china production (i know china doesn't necessarily mean low quality but you won't get the highest quality stuff in these types of online shops.
One thing that bothers me is THERES ONLY 2 DAMN SIZES. You either decide between XS/S/M and L/XL. Which means that you can order M or XL. If you actually need S or any other size then only the underwear is good for you. Any cosplay or outfits are not really made for S and XS.

Delievery time is a bit long but its not too bad (though it depends on your country). Fast delievery is not worth it for a speed up of only 2-3 days. For over 20 euro more.

Also watch out for gift codes. Sometimes they are codes that only apply to the delivery cost NOT the ordered items.

Personally i'm probably gonna buy more but i wouldn't go out of my way to specifically recommend it.

Not a scam, however the quality is absolutely atrocious, the material feels so incredibly cheap its not funng. Feels like something you'd buy off temu or shein. The frequent discounts are great but not enough for me to buy something that feels THAT poorly made. It's a shame too because the designs are adorable

I recently ordered some clothes from them and couldn’t be happier with them after receiving them. Really comfortable to wear and pretty accurate to the design they showed. Also gave me some freebies which I loved. Very happy and content with their services!

I ordered because they were offering a free gift with every order and I was looking for something new. I got the item I ordered, but not the free gift. Which wasn’t a big deal. I just wanted to let them know so someone else wouldn’t leave a bad review. They apologized and sent me a gift! The clothing is very soft and durable as well.

I had been debating ordering from here for a couple weeks when I finally caved and ordered with an offer they had. I finally ordered the thing I've been looking at for a while, and very glad I did. Thank you :)

I regret ever ordering from Pastell Loves. After weeks of waiting and being forced to reorder items that mysteriously went out of stock, the package finally arrived. What a joke! The clothes are poorly made, outrageously small, and some were even damaged. Out of the entire order, only one item was remotely wearable. For €90, I expected something of quality, but instead, I received garbage.

To make matters worse, the customer service is non-existent. I’ve reached out, but there’s been no response. It feels like a complete scam. I want my money back, but honestly, I’m not even hopeful. Save yourself the stress and avoid this store entirely!

After seeing all the good reviews, I thought I’d give this store ago (and how could I not with all the cute clothes). But wow do I regret it! I spent $162 on 3 items with express shipping. A few days after ordering, they email me telling me that every single item that I had ordered was apparently bad quality and they had to cancel the whole order. They then sent me some links and asked me what I’d like to cover it with. After looking through I decided I wanted a refund instead. The company relentlessly tried to get me to order something else in its place, they even went as far to try and tell me that I could even be a partner with them (weird). That leads me to believe that most of the good reviews posted are from people making commission. I pushed for a refund and they then made the excuse that they had apparently run out of refunds to give for the month. I was annoyed at this point and told them that I’d give them 30 days to give me the refund before I contact PayPal.

I didn’t hear from them until today where they had the cheek to tell me that they could only give me back $64 out off the $162 I spent because of an apparent 40% commission. This was beyond ridiculous and obvious at this point they just wanted to pocket my money. I only got my money back after threatening to dispute them with PayPal and luckily they refunded me but gosh… what a waste of time and stress that isn’t needed. This company is all over the place and beyond unprofessional. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Also forgot to mention that they randomly messaged me on Instagram saying “ Hello sweetie.how are you?” After I initially asked for the refund. Don’t know if that was just a coincidence but it’s beyond weird!

I placed an order after getting a promo code and the promise of some free gifts. I get a message a few days later that they’re out of one of my items, so I choose a replacement of equal value. The items do arrive but the gifts weren’t there, the shoes were of EXTREMELY low quality and one of the shoes that looked adjustable was not and thusly doesn’t fit me. I contacted the company to ask to return the items as I can’t use them and they said that it wouldn’t be worth it cost wise and Chinese customs wouldn’t take them back anyway. I tried to find a solution but after a few messages got ghosted. Guess I’m stuck with useless crap

shipping took a while but was worth the wait! item came exactly as pictured and is very well made material! will purchase again in the future!

the packaging is cute, comes with washing instructions (YES!!) and cute decorated bags! my order came with a small gift which was greatly appreciated :). the shipping took a while but that’s typical of kawaii clothing stores ^^, When some of my items turned out to be out of stock, the customer service was quick to respond and I was able to replace the items with other pieces that I wanted as well… I’ve order two pairs of shoes and they came in perfect condition!!
