I like patches it is a brillian way to explain your medical needs and the staff can appoint the best way forward to help .
All the staff are friendly and would explain what they can help you with and it is a very quick way to get answers

Patchs is a highly recommended way for patients to communicate confidentially with their GPs, pharmacists or Social prescribing link workers & other referred medical services with responses being received very quickly considering the amount of clinically vulnerable patients they all assist .

The patchs request system can be accessed by all patients directly online or with assistance including , the availability of the Surgery’s telephone service.

Patchs requests are ethically & confidentially dealt with by the admin /receptionists teams at North Fulham Surgury who ,along with the GPs & Pharmacists respond directly as soon as possible , with respectful consideration for the different types of medical patchs requests presumably received & depending on the urgency of the request, they always help to reassure & assist all patients accordingly.

This has been consistent since I’ve personally used the North Fulham Patchs service for myself & family members as life time patients when Patchs was implemented initially .

North Fulham Surgury has always emitted a constant unique & exemplary demonstration of sincere medical health & wellbeing duty of care, respectfully prior to the Patchs system being implemented, the Surgery’s telephone service & in person communications have always been a highly ethically professional service .

The patches service has amplified this.

Kirkholt medical practice (the reception staff, doctors and nurses) always treats their patients with the utmost care, respect and compassion. I cannot put into words how much I have been looked after by this practice. This is the best practice I have been too. Thank you so much for helping me, and showing care above and beyond.

Ellergreen medical centre is one of the best Dr's in Liverpool, I have been with them for over 60 years and never had a complaint. The Staff are excellent considering how they are spoken to by some members of the public and I have always been contacted by a Dr on the same day if I have requested one

The way in which the website is designed in terms of addressing the questions is like you are in front of the questioner which builds a different confident mark

Where most uk moan about not been able to see GP , receptionist being rude and all , I think I’ve been quite lucky with patch and New Islington and Ancoats medical practice. Patch is available all the time to send your non emergency query and practice sees me next day. It easy to use, user friendly and works well with my practice. Thank you for this great service

Love the new system, one tiny issues is why can't you make requests or appointments when your closed, surly the request will all arrive for some one to deal with when you open, but you can't book an appointment or do anything outside there open hours seems strange to me

It’s been excellent for me,just sign in and every time I have done it I have had a reply in an hour or a phone call,it’s great that I don’t have to stay on the phone and call lots of times at 8am.brilliant for me as a worker 5 ⭐️s
