Pat Robson are notorious in Newcastle for exploiting tenants and clawing back deposits with inflated, often baseless charges. Their behaviour is aggressive & unprofessional.

They thrive on making the moving-out process stressful and intimidating, hoping people won’t fight back. It’s a deeply shady way to operate and shows zero respect for tenants who have paid rent and looked after their homes.

If you value fairness and peace of mind, avoid Pat Robson at all costs. if you have to go with them, document EVERYTHING. They will miss photos of damage / dirt on their check in report only to add them in on checkout so make sure you have photos saved of it all. Newcastle has far better agents who don’t rely on predatory practices. Other reviews are clearly fake.

I have been dealing with Tania King at the Pat Robson Jesmond office for a number of years and as a landlord I can highly recommend her to take care of your portfolio, she’s a great communicator and very conscientious!
