Pave Direct Reviews

Pave direct are my go to company for porcelain. I had a right game sourcing porcelain I'd used before from this firm, but Vick went out of his way to get things done.
Even with all my pestering and impatience this fella is a true professional and gent.
I'd even receive phonecalls out of hours to get updates from Vick.
If you want brilliant customer service and great deals on paving...Trust Pave Direct.

I was planning to renovate my outdoor dining area so I ordered two packs of Raj green porcelain 900x600mm from their website, delivery took 3 days. Slabs were received in good shape and value for money. Overall great experience, would recommend Pave Direct slabs for outdoor.

Purchased grey porcelain paving for my patio from their website. Got a good price from Vik. Delivery was arrived as scheduled on Thursday.

Great range of products with excellent pricing, Vic goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy with the materials and delivery process, I would highly recommend PAVE DIRECT.

Ordered paving slabs Bank Holiday Monday l was contacted first thing on Tuesday with a mutual delivery date. Arrived as scheduled by a very nice driver. I would definitely recommend this company.

Answered the phone very quickly, great advice, very fast delivery.

Hi
From the first contact with Pave Direct to getting my delivery everything was 100% dealing with Vic was a total pleasure he keep me up to speed with information regarding my delivery and everything ran smoothly
I would highly recommend this Paving Supply company and will certainly be buying again

I’ve been really impressed by pave direct. You're always slightly sceptical when buying from a company you've never bought from before but the experience has been first class. Ordered the very competitively priced slabs, a couple of days later Vic called to confirm delivery. The delivery driver was extremely helpful. Unfortunately a couple of slabs were broken, so contacted Pave Direct who've organised the replacements. The paving slabs are excellent and much better than the photos. First class service, first class product.

After ordering on a Sunday and receiving a call from Vic on monday arranging delivery the tiles were delivered by Wednesday lunch time. Vic was lovely and our tiles are perfect. Fab price and very quick delivery. Thank you

I would highly recommend Pave Direct. It was extremely easy to process the order, with delivery within 48 hours. Speaking with Vic, he went above and beyond to ensure the delivery would be on time and as requested. Delivery arrived on time with Vic making various calls to keep us updated. Product of good quality with zero damages. I would highly recommend this business.

Can’t fault Vick from Pave Direct. Original order delivered on a specific date that I chose. All slabs individually packed with corner protectors.
I required less than a full pack and this was accommodated.
Vick went above and beyond, as a slab was damaged on installation. Vick got me 1 slab to replace the damaged one, which I’m sure lots of other places wouldn’t do.
Thanks again.

I've used this company twice now and cannot recommend enough. I was a bit apprehensive having never previously heard of them but needn't have worried.
Order delivered quickly without any issues and kept well informed throughout. Free delivery an added bonus.
Would definitely use again and recommend to anybody

We purchased the Raj Green Indian Sandstone flags. They are absolutely beautiful and were over 20% cheaper than all of the builders merchants we had visited locally (even with my husbands merchant discount).

We had an issue with the courier (no fault of Pave Directs) and they took longer than we would have liked to arrive, but I phoned Pave Direct who called the courier and got this sorted immediately for same day delivery.

Great company to do business with. Best price on web. Quick delivery. Agree with other review, no notice given to advise delivery date. I thought I’d missed the email advising this, so kept checking. Luckily I was at home when delivery was made.

no info to let us know that order was bieng delivered

Customer services excellent
Product price brilliant
Delivery very fast and free
I will be using regularly
