What an amazing payroll system.

Our staff, both admin and paid staff, love Paycaptain.

Its been far easier than Xero payroll which it replaced- onboarding was really hands on by their staff which meant we did very little and it all went very smoothly.

The financial planning and support tools, as well as the staff app are all really appreciated by the staff.

Over 1 year of service from PayCaptain now and would not consider looking elsewhere - a brilliant team who are always on hand to help us.

Where to start! Moving over to PayCaptain is one of the best moves we have made as a business, it truly is a fabulous payroll solution and saves so much time. From implementation to live payroll, the process was seamless and straightforward. A large part of this process is made painless by the amazing team on hand to answer any questions and queries, special thanks go out to Sarah, Rebecca and Rachel.

In our experience of recently onboarding PayCaptain, first & foremost PayCaptain know what they are doing & they apply that knowledge with a humble & swift approach to create an employer & employee offering that is agile, flexible, accurate & importantly makes pay easier to manage & understand as an employee & as an employer. Quick and easy payroll is not a myth. We are a small tech start-up and the Pay Captains team of professionals helped us set up quickly plus answered my numerous questions about pensions! The employee experience is unmatched and the visual reporting makes my life easier when approving things.

We have moved to Paycaptain after a bad experience from another payroll provider so were quite nervous about this, however Sarah and the team have been fantastic. I love the experience of being able to understand my payslip! Something I have never done before. I love also the fact that I can see my pension directly in the payslip !

I have loved every min of working with the PayCaptain team. They are really professional, helpful and efficient in everything they do. Simon and his excellent team go out of their way to support us and work in ways that suit us. Their level of customer service makes working with them so easy. We have now been with PayCaptain for 12 months and have been really impressed with the service. The software is easy to use from admin point of view and where we have needed additional reporting they have built these within 48 hours.

From a user point of view it’s so easy via app to access payslips and also make any changes to the options for charitable donations.

You can access all info you need and make changes whenever you want rather than waste time of payroll admin.

The team are super friendly and approachable so you know who the people are behind the software. This was invaluable recently where I had missed a new starter off payroll and one of the team went above and beyond on a bank holiday to fix my error.

PayCaptain is always being updating and evolving and the team actively seek feedback and implement changes quickly
