The gentlemen I've been dealing over the last few days, Nitish, has worked closely with me to get or new EPoS set up. Upon encountering an initial issue with the setup, Nitish quickly got help from his technical team and resolved the issue.
We are hopeful that the system runs better than our previous one. I have confidence that if we get any teething problems when we're try the system next week that Nitish would be quick to get us running again before we remove our old system.

I’ve used Rick for other utilities in the past and after reviewing both businesses, I’ve saved £800 a year across both! The application process has been incredibly straightforward and so easy. When the terminals arrive, Rick will be back to set them up—just give him a cuppa and 15 minutes, and he’ll work his magic. I also upgraded my terminals and got a much better rate.

Rick makes everything seamless, and I can’t recommend him enough. If you need hassle-free service and real savings, he’s your guy! *****
