Anj on the phone was amazing
Anj on the phone was amazing. As I struggle to speak on the phone dye to my mental health and anxiety. Anj helped with everythink including making me feel comfortable. She is amazing at her job. And I can't wait to have my flooring done to send her pictures. Thank you and she went above and beyond to help me

We’re do I start
No fitters could do the job and told me after I lifted my old floor up then told me the floor I picked wasn’t in stock after waiting 3 weeks.

Excellent service from start to finish. Fitter contacted me on the sunday to say that I was going to get my carpet fitted between a certain time this morning, and they were there right on time

Flooring got delivered fine
Flooring got delivered fine, but I requested delivery and installation and they canceled installation and have been unable to contact them to rearrange a new date as no response, so I’ve had to find someone myself to lay the flooring instead.

Paying for fitting is pointless….
I’ve been with pay weekly previously and never had an issue before but things have completely change how they do things
(I’m Cambridgeshire way)
It took weeks for the agent to come measure and choose flooring had to ring head office several times as I wasn’t getting a response then when he did (I have no issues with the agent) he was good listened gave advice etc then it come to paying the fees and stated that afterwards I would need to pay £100 for the fitting he would contact the fitter for them to contact the fitter
Come delivery and fitting
Flooring delivery got canceled and had to wait a further week fine no problem however fitters never contacted me chased the rep who said chased them up and guaranteed they would be in contact and nothing it got to the day before my flooring Being delivered and still no fitter
In the end I had to contact the rep and tell him to not bother with the fitter as it’s being delivered tomorrow and we’ve had to go else where meaning I had to pay more for someone to fit it!!
I even said to the rep I don’t understand why your company has changed the way they do things as it worked before and now it’s so difficult to communicate with anyone
