Fantastic company, extremely realable, good payment system

When I wrote my first review it was a 1 star , due to a mess up with the colour of carpet which I ordered on the 8/8 first fitting was booked for 14/09 even though I was told I was looking at 3 week wait . So anyway fitters came out grippers down underlay down , brought carpet in and wrong colour , I ordered chocolate colour for stairs and landing they sent me vanilla . Didn’t except waited 2 hours for call back about the mess up to be told earliest they could book me in was01/10 which I said was totally unacceptable as it’s there fault , she asked what did I want to do did I want to cancel . I said that’s not really the answer is it as I will have to wait for new carpet suppliers and I have open grippers on the stairs which we use everyday with young grandchildren and a dog . Very unhelpful and very rude and said well that’s the only time we can do it . So I said ok book it and I’m gonna write a big complaint on trustpilot which I did . 8.30 the next day I had a call to tell me they will get my carpet laid for me on the 22/09 . So trustpilot definitely works . The carpet is now laid and is nice and fitters were really fast and efficient. So for them payweekly carpets got a 2 instead of a 1 this time

I honestly can’t recommend Pay Weekly Carpets enough. From start to finish, everyone I’ve dealt with has been so friendly, helpful and efficient.

The flooring I’ve had from them has been absolutely amazing. The carpet is so soft, thick and fluffy, and the quality is fantastic. The office staff have been brilliant throughout too — there has always been someone available by text or phone if I’ve needed any help or had a question.

The fitters have also been incredibly professional and have done a fantastic job every time.

With the cost-of-living crisis, I decided to try paying weekly rather than using a large lump sum upfront, and I’m genuinely so glad I did. The weekly payment is so manageable that I barely even notice it going out, and it’s made getting lovely flooring for my home so much easier and more affordable.

Fantastic service, lovely people and beautiful flooring. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pay Weekly Carpets again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely disgusting experience! They placed a mouldy carpet in my toddlers room!! Totally unacceptable, i paid off 90% of the carpet before It was put down , they said they was going to have some to come take a look and to stop taking more payment yet they keep moving the date, and continue to try and take more payments …its now been a mouth plus since they said they would get Somone out. Bringing unsafe and poisonous products into your home, might just be the warehouse in the arear ( MANCHESTER) but dont risk your money or families safety

The agent measured my bedroom wrong so when the carpet fitter turned up the carpet didn’t fit. So I emptied the room for no reason and also took a day of work. So I will now need to book another day off and wait for the next available slot. So frustrating

Sucks to be you, as my order is now bigger area, and you lost the job,and the repeat work my properties will have given.
Still no communication, over a week
Dont bother, save the grief, just save, or go for storefinance its less of a pain

Couldn’t fault this company from first visit to the fitting everything was great I will be using them again and would recommend to family and friends.
