Leave well alone someone will come out and after taking size thay then say how do you want to pay you deposit but it's not a deposit you lose that no matter what and then after that you get a email saying the price is over your 500 pounds witch the rep dont tell you that at the time and in the email thay ask you to pay 250 up front or wait till you credit gos down to 500 big con leave well alone trust me

I wouldn’t even give a star but I have to give warning to whoever looking for a proper floor fitting to avoid easy carpets. I have paid deposit and instalments and was given 2 weeks for an appointment date. I wasn’t given any updates to when or what time the fitters would come however, I was told on the day after looking out and waiting for the fitters to show up that he has met in an accident like seriously now!!! After paying all what I need to pay and waiting to have my flooring so I can set my house in order going into the 3rd week after payment and still waiting to have this sorted. What a joke of a company and I can’t recommend for anyone to use unless you wish to experience messing about then go for it.

Easy from start to finish
From speaking to Luke the agent and booking in,to choosing the flooring,to the fitters coming and doing an amazing job and my bathroom and bedroom now both looking gorgeous,was all really easy and would recommend to anyone who is thinking about it,I will be doing it again soon for another room
