Terrible payment platform. Attempted to guest pay with Apple Pay(one of the options they give you!), got “payment failed.” Not on my end! Site hung up on another option & I begrudgingly decided to sign up for an account. For some reason my password generator wouldn’t do one w/a special character, which site requires, so I added that to the passwords…site acted like I had not created a password at all (all password requirements were red) and froze there too. At that point I called the provider’s office & asked for a paper bill. This site obviously is geared towards getting your actual banking or card information and even does that ineptly. I use Apple Pay for a reason and avoid giving card information over the phone too, especially if their payment platform is buggy and scammy. They’re sending me a paper bill. Deserves zero stars. Buyer beware.

Paid a medical bill on the 5th and it was posted on the 7th. I got another bill in the mail so I scanned the QR code and online showed it was still owing. Had to call customer service to verify. Poor system.

I was attempting to pay a small Clinic that uses this platform, after entering all the information the site froze with a pop-up saying processing payment. This happened twice, at which point I decided to call and pay over the phone. I was using an Android device. Not sure why it wasn't working, but it's definitely an issue if customers can't use the service.

This is the worst bill pay site I have ever used. Between the user interface and lack of response from the site to the false messages the site shows, a complete garbage site that needs a complete redesign.
