I have been ordering PCB's & Stencils from PCB Gogo for just over 2 years now. I cannot fault them in anyway. From quality manufacturing to efficient logistics, all my purchasing experiences have been positive. PCB's have been supplied by my company to senior engineers who were highly impressed with the quality. We have had a zero defect rate with the pcbs. Alex from PCB Gogo is truly a pleasure to work with. He is extremely responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend PCB Gogo. Give them a try!

I had no problems with a small previous order, but in the second one, on a double-sided board, they put top side traces on the top side, which is fine, but on the bottom side, they put not just the bottom side traces, but also the top side traces, effectively shorting them. I had never come across a manufacturer that would make such a silly mistake!
I contacted them about this problem, and at first they did not take the complaint seriously. After some insistance, they recognized their error and replaced the parts.

This is my first time to place my PCBA order to PCBGOGO. They were very professional and enthusiastic to help me finish the project. I am very satisfied with the quality of the board, very perfect. Really trustworthy.

I had a first batch of 10 basic 2-layer PCBS fabricated by PCBgogo, having 16mil vias (so way far from small and complex!!): after a while the devices built with those PCBs started to become unreliable and reading bad ADC values.

I firstly crushed my head around the smd soldering and mostly on the firmware because I would give for granted that the PCBs would be ok... But after more than a month I discovered that the vias under the microcontroller were basically interrupted.
The fact that this happened after the device was operating properly for a while (6mo!!), leads to the obvious conclusion that right after production, the vias were simply loaded with low or no copper, enough to barely pass electrical tests. The current flowing through those vias is close to zero because they are just ADC inputs to a pic microcontroller, so that certainly wasn't the cause.

I therefore started to test out the remaining PCBs from the batch and 6 out of 10 were having random issues on the same vias... and whom can tell if the remaining 4 "good ones" will develop issues later in production!!!

I can't express badly enough my anger in making such a discovery and thinking about all the time wasted debugging this issue, and the pain and trouble had with my customers.

CONTACTING SUPPORT WAS USELESS: they are just push-backers and only bother in fulfilling thousands of orders with low quality products and move on to the next one!!

If you need a few cheap PCBs to quickly prototype, but are willing to just bodge & hack whatever S*** happens instead of focusing on your final product, then go ahead with PCBgogo, it's a cheap option at least... and it's your time that is wasted, and your call to value it!

If you need something as little as close to serious, then I STRONGLY RECOMMEND RUNNING AWAY because there's NO RELIABILITY in their via process, and you will be driven crazy in making things work and even worse if you have customers to which you are providing the final product.

PCBgogo, SHAME on your quality and lack of support!!

I have used a number of Chinese suppliers for PCB and PCBA projects, but was attracted to PCBGOGO by their PCBA assembly offer for USD30 (excluding supply of components)

A number of PCBA vendors have similar PCBA assembly offers, which are all limited in terms of number of boards, number of components, etc and most (like PCBGOGO) have a comprehensive online quotation tools into which you need to enter the number of boards, number of unique components, total number of SMT components and total number of through hole components, which provides their system sufficient information to calculate the assembly cost. And which, based on the number of boards, unique components, total components, was quoted by PCBGOGO as USD30.

Based on the quoted USD30 assembly cost, I proceeded to prepare all the files (Gerbers, BOM, etc) in the format required by PCBGOGO - all vendors require files in some specific format to suit their processes - and placed the order.

I had requested PCBGOGO to quote on supplying the components, so was expecting the total order cost to be adjusted based on the actual component cost.

However, PCBGOGO came back with a revised assembly cost of USD107 (excluding components) instead of the USD30 quoted.

When questioning this with PCBGOGO, I was advised by Martin Chen "I'm sorry that this may bother you. But this is the imperfection of our website. We are trying to improve our website. But the assembly cost is still inaccurate. So we have to use the price we reviewed. The $107 is the right price."

Some minor adjustment in price could be understandable, but 3.5x out makes their USD30 offer look like click bait.

Based on this experience, I would recommend using PCBWAY or JLCPCB, whose online and actual quotations I have found to be reliable in past projects.

I did not proceed with PCBGOGO based on this initial experience with the company.

PCBgogo is the best service i had ever used, They were very help full with my questions and tracking of my parcel. The quality and speed and price were exceptional. if you dont know where to go, then you will be very sorry if you don't use there services.

Getting PCB's made with pcbgogo is super easy. PCB's were made in 2-3 days and shipped from China to the UK in just over a week.

The PCB quality is brilliant with clear silkscreen. Have no reservations in recommending them and will certainly be using their services again.

As a hobbiest its not worth making my own PCB's as I could not even make them for this price. 10 PCB's works out cheaper than if I had to make one! I don't know how these guys do it.

Awesome service, we put in our custom board order on a Wednesday and by the following Tuesday (yes just 4 business days later) we had them in our hands, shipped all the way from Shenzhen China to HongKong!!! We can't even get products shipped here that quickly much less one that needs to be manufactured first! The quality of the boards is also very good and they built it exactly to our specifications!

The pcbgogo.com company. for me it's better I've found so far to build my pcb. It is very fast in construction. They write an example of 3 days and make the half-day 1.5 days. They are very eager to fix any small holes from the slab they are building. Information directly on the course of construction. I am very pleased. And I'll come back to buy pcb soon
