recently tried to purchase test and measurement equipment from PCE Americas online, and my interaction with their sales Siomara was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years.

Siomara was unhelpful, rude, and clearly disinterested in actually making a sale. She provided incomplete and inaccurate information about product specifications, delivery times, and pricing. When I asked for clarification on a few technical details (which should be basic for a sales rep in this field), she responded with short, dismissive answers and even seemed annoyed that I was asking questions.

We purchased a device to count particles in the air. Once the device received, the measures were too high. We asked them to change the device, they asked us to produce a certificates and proofs showing the device were not functioning properly !!!!
To me in such cases they should get their product back and replace it.
I do not recommend this company nor their devices for that they do not care at all about their clients and of course for the poor quality and low reliability.

What made my experience GREAT is your outstanding employee, Jason Quillen. This man is intelligent, literate, kind and caring.
My two Gamma Scouts were temporarily lost by the Post Office. From my first contact through the period of lost instruments to their being found by the Post Office and their eventual battery replacements and shipping Jason maintained excellent communication (and sympathy when needed). I can't compliment you enough on having an employee with the skill that Jason possesses. It was a pleasure doing business with Jason and PCE.

Super quick and handy. Only thing to make it easier would be a way to pay online.

I purchased a PCE noise meter. Way over my head in the field of tech. I noticed right away that is was a good meter, coming from Germany. The directions however are not translated in the best English. Hard to understand. I called the 1-800 number and Jason, has helped me work my way through the set up and functions of the meter. Not just once mind you but on three occasions. He is a very polite man, easy to explain and be understood. He enunciates clearly. He was never put out by my not understanding. He was kind and patient. It was nice to have a young man be so professional. Jason will go far and if you are a smart company you will hang on to him or hlep him further his dreams. Thank you

We purchase instruments , but it was not working during the delivery , even after 5 months of follow up there is no reply on mails , calls from PCE instruments

It was nice to get assistance over the phone with which product to buy. I also needed the specific dimension of the probe on a humidity sensor, which wasn't shown in the user manual - David measured the probe dimensions and got back to me.

Excellent customer service. I called to get some more information on a particular sound level meter and David not only answered all my questions, but also gave me genuine alternative options by PCE that could serve my needs. Left feeling confident in my purchase.

Despite a hurricane, David personally dropped off the shipment at UPS to ensure it got to us overnight.

Working with David Durrenberg and the PCE team to purchase equipment and get replacement parts is always fast and professional. Thanks everybody

Products do not seem fit for purpose. After a month of use a recent measuring device failed and, though it had been used as pictured on the website, the company refuses to replace or refund.

I was looking for sound control devices for one of my classrooms this morning. PCE was educated in their products and had answers to my questions. I received an order confirmation moments later, and the product is already shipping to me! Thank you so much PCE!
